My under 10 stretcher
I started PEing about 2yrs ago. At the time, travel kept me from establishing a good
Routine. Since, I have changed jobs, now for the last 3 mo’s I have started a routine that
Suites me. It goes as follows:
In my hot tub for 10-15 mins. I do manual light stretches, and kegals, to warm up my buddie.
Then I strap myself into my homemede stretcher, and gradually increase the length from a
Starting point of 5.5” up to between 7”-8”. This usually takes 20-30 min. I do this 3 times,
With light jelques in between. Then I dry off, and do 2 sets 200 jelqs.. Then rest my willy
About 10-15 min., then do 3 sets of hardon clamps, 10 min on, and 5 min. Off. After that, I
Either have sex with the wife, or jack off to relieve the tension I’ve created. Since my
Routine has been ify, I have atained modest gains. When I started I was around 5.5” soft,
Bone to tip. Since the new routine I’m 6”+-. My goal is 7” bone to tip soft. Since I’m a
Cheap bastard, I decided to make my own PE divices. My first was a pump. The one I’m showing
Is my stretcher.

2 2” PVC cut 2” long Split one roughly in half, with ears at one end. (For the screw
Attachments) Leave the other PVC whloe.
2 1/4 x 4” turnbuckles
4 #10 x 32 Machine screws
8 Nuts to fit Mach. Screws
Assemble as in pics.
To attach, I first wrap the head in gauze, and apply a noose, tighten to a comfortable
Tension, and feed the head thru the whole piece, (this goes against you pubic bone) and tie
To the split PVC. You can then screw out the turnbuckles, and stretch your willy to the
Desired length, or whatever your member will tolerate. This unit is a work in progress, and
While I am pretty well satisfied, I already have a change or two in mind.
