my (un)happy experience from PE

First of all pardon my English it is not my native language.

My determined PE career started in Oct 2010 (i had some previous experiences but i wasn’t constant and have over trained few times)

In Oct 2010 i started only with linear routine (no stretches only Jelqs) and i have gained 0.2 inch in length in first 2 months, for which i m really pleased about.

After 2 months my gains stoped (i have continued my routine religiously for next 2 months slightly increasing amount) but no gains after that.

After this i decided to add stretches to my routine. I have made REALLY good gains in BPFSL department. My BPFSL was really ridiculous (13cm/5.1inch) now days i can stretch to 17-17.5cm/6.7-6.9inch which is about my BPEL size.
But sadly after this time i haven’t noticed any more gains in EL.(few days ago i stretched probably to hard(i felt slight pain in base of shaft) and my EQ drooped down by 1 or 2 points. So currently I’m taking a break.

I’m starting to believe that I’m not capable of any gains anymore.
Personally i think that PE works (doesn’t have to work for everyone) but it varies a LOT from person to person.

I don’t want to sound sceptic or sad, I’m REALLY pleased that i have 0.2 inch longer dick :) but i was hoping for more.

In near future i will try routine with hanger and if that wont help i will probably quit my career (maybe some jelqs for EQ :) )

I think you should be happy that you got the nearly quarter of an inch in 6 months! I agree that it’s time for you to start with an all-day stretch and/or hanging.

And your English is fantastic! Better than probably 50% of Americans, hehe.

When you have maxed out on your gains from manual, it is time to go to hanging. Best wishes!


Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

BPFSL gains often precede erect gains. Maybe try some controlled higher erection level jelqing (50-70% erection level) with some O-bends?


Decemeber 2007: 5.8" BPEL x 4.9" MSEG

Current:-------->7.7" BPEL x 5.7" MSEG (7.2" NBPEL)

Current Goal:--->7.6" BPEL X 5.8" MSEG Do or do not, there is no "try".

M-0-10 is on the right track IMO. If your BPFSL has grown, matter of time and you’ll see BPEL gains; you just need to raise your EQ, so maybe focus more on girth-oriented exercises for a while.

You mean like clamping? Because hanging should add some base girth also.

I think BPFSL gains proceed EL gains, but only after your BPFSL overruns your BPEL. I have gained almost 2 inches but it is same (or slightly bigger) like my EL size.
To put it simply, i don’t think i will see any EL gains until i gain at least 0.5inch

Clamping/pumping/jelqing.

Nothing bad about your progress, at least you’ve made progress. Hanging is a good option; I’ve made some pretty good flaccid gains through hanging and about 1/8 inch in EL in 3 weeks when I started hanging. Keep up the good progress!

Can you gain bpel without jelqs

My bad experience is that BPEL length gains were often preceded by degraded eq. My theory is that the tunica wad weakened and the shaft weakened and that rest needed to happen in order to grow.

It sounds like you could really benefit from the TGC theory. Have a look at my signature and read it carefully.

I have chosen the extender route at the point you described and didn’t regret. I’m sitting a lot at home though, so evaluate your situation first.
