Whenever I kegel, my dong turtles up.. Is it possible to do too many kegels?

Try stretching while kegeling. That’s very strange that with a 4.5” flaccid you turtle when you kegel. I’ve never had that happen before but I guess I could imagine it possible. Asfar as I know you can’t kegel too much.

This is not turtling
I think what FillItUp is referring to here is what we call “tug back” Sounds to me this is what he is describing rather than the retraction we call turtling. When you kegel the ligs pull you dick up into your body, when you release the kegel or reverse the kegel you dick comes back. This is the movement that determines LOT. This is very different than when your dick wants to shrivel up and heal inside the fat pad after abusing it with PE, rough sex and/or a jumping into the pool naked in December kind of thing. This kind of turtle is nothing to worry about. So continue to kegel and get a little tug-o-war going on. Put some manual stretches on the other side of the tug and you will really work the BC. You can’t over work the BC you won’t lose your hair or go blind or get pimples. Promise. Just because Uncle Digital Long Daddy said it don’t make it so.

Actually Girtha I think that maybe what FillItUp may have been saying is that when doing kegels in the Newbie routine he turtles. This actually happens to me, I get the “tug back” which I’ve always thought of as more of a little jump and then I begin turtling while I’m doing the kegels preventing me from enjoying those nice full hangs so many people enjoy post workout.
