Partial experience, I will consider myself a newbie. I’m following the newbie routine, as I’m only a week into it.

I read that dry jelqing is best for girth, if I have that right, and that’s what I’ve been doing so far. I’m a serious grower, would love some flaccid size, I’m a big guy. 6 foot 3 inches tall, size 18EE feet, big nose, big hands, 310 pounds. So when flaccid, only like 2-2.5 inches is visible, its embarrassing! I’m open to all advice!

It will grow in time when you PE. But, fowfers give you longer flaccid.

Great size, i would recommend ACE elbow strap and fowfers for flaccid size and jelqing for girth+length in erect. Good luck man!

Welcome! Looking at your stats and the comparably modest goals that you have set gain-wise, I’d say you could probably reach them within six months with a jelqing-only routine. :up:

I would suggest that every kind of exercise WILL do you good. Some parts of the body can’t be changed, but such as body building and our manuals own routine will sure get us somewhere at some point. You can do it Bill!

It’s now been 3 weeks since I started. My wife and I have seen a permanent change so far. It’s definitely more veiny and feels thicker to her inside. Now I haven’t seen any change in measurement yet, and I don’t expect to this early. I’ve been doing the newbie routine sans the stretching before jelqing. Upon advice from many of you in my thread, I’ve been doing fowfers for about a week now. Hopefully will see some flaccid change in the long run.

One thing that has made the biggest difference is the quality of my erections. Being overweight, I had issues staying hard the whole time during sex. Not only am I staying hard the whole time now, but staying hard after ejaculation is a normal thing now. Morning wood is much more stubborn, and we’ve both thought it feels bigger(thicker) in our hands. This all may very well be mental, and even if it is, it’s super encouraging.

Make a plan to attack your weight/body composition, and the goodness will be that much better.

For Girth … keep on progressing with the Jelques … After a month or so add some bundled stretches to your route (i.e. give it a half to a full twist before starting the stretch). You can also compliment your jelques with some Uli’s.

For your flacid hang … the jelquing will do wonders (as you have already found out) … based on your size (and speaking from experience) add a couple miles of jogging to your jelqing routine. :-)

Quick question:

Currently a month and a half into PE. I was wondering how most of you saw girth gains from dry jelqing. For instance, I haven’t been doing stretches everyday like I should, mainly followed the Newbie Routine minus the stretches. I’ve noticed a definite change in the girth at the base, but not much of any change past the halfway point of the shaft. When I jelq, I do the ok grip at the base and pull towards the head. Am I doing it wrong? Should I give the base a break and jelq from the halfway point up?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
