Bill, I’d say your primary goal should be to lose weight and get in he best shape you can. I am your height, but 200lbs. I’m down from over 400 and I can’t begin to describe the difference it has made in my EQ. The same discipline and persistence it takes to see results with a fitness goal WILL translate into PE. I know it is redundant, but stick to the Newbie Routine. It works!
