Bill, I’d say your primary goal should be to lose weight and get in he best shape you can. I am your height, but 200lbs. I’m down from over 400 and I can’t begin to describe the difference it has made in my EQ. The same discipline and persistence it takes to see results with a fitness goal WILL translate into PE. I know it is redundant, but stick to the Newbie Routine. It works!

How do you find the dedication? Each time I try to get motivated to lose weight, it only happens for a few days, and its gone.

A few years ago, I worked off 50 pounds, went from 341 to 290. But since, I can’t get my mind in the right place. Looking to join a gym here soon, apparently I need accountability or something!

Don’t feel bad. Look at it from a girl’s perspective. “Oh my! What a surprise!” I’m more of a grower than shower too. I’ve always wished it would hang like after my workouts. I’m getting longer as that is one of my goals. Try the fowfer stretches if they will work for your lifestyle. I sit on my dick at least an hour a day.

I am happy to report that I got new measurements!

Last night after a good jelq session, I saw some gains. While my length improved only slightly, my girth has gone UP!

New BPEL=8.0”
New EG=6.25”

Still haven’t seen any flaccid results yet. Do those take longer? Should I put more emphasis on stretching over jelqing?

Current: BPEL=8.125" EG = 6" FL = 5.25" FG = 4.75"

If those gains are legit, congrats, but you might want to measure your unit on one of your rest days, due to the fact that your workout could temporarily increase your size if you measure it on that day after you work it, and it might be an incorrect measurement.

I have found that 100% erection jelqs help the mid to upper shaft girth.but you have to watch stressing too much as a new PEr and not overtrain.

As far as flaccid length, do you have an extender?… like autoextender or something else?… I’ve found that my flaccid length has gotten a bit longer by just using that… I’ve since stopped since I’m just interested in girth now, but you might want to give that a try?… I also was extending using the V-Stretch attachment… hope this information helps you.

Today is a rest day, and I got 6 1/8th” in EG.

I also got 7.875” in BPEL.

Is it normal for it to vary that much between your rest and exercise days?

I mainly came for flaccid growth, but curiosity makes me want to see what I can get, lol.

My main problem is my weight. I really need to drop about 80 pounds, that would solve a lot as BFDBiden said above. I agree whole-heartedly.

I’m going to research that auto-extender. I’d love to try some wrapping techniques, like the ace bandage. The problem is I’m mobile most of the day and small when I’m flaccid, so I would probably slip out. I’ll do some looking and get back to you, thanks for the suggestions!

I have tried to do a search for this question, but since it uses three very common words found here, I can’t get any results. So I’ll just ask it here:

I’ve been doing dry jelqing. I usually dry jelq with a 60-80% erection. I tried to kegal, then finish the jelq. Seemed to flush a TON more blood into the glans. Is this a good idea? Or am I asking for discoloration and injury?

Also, is there any danger to holding this larger amount of blood/fluid in the end of the penis without finishing the jelq for 5 seconds or so? I haven’t done it but a few times, and was curious if this helps glans growth?
