My stretch length is almost the same as my flaccid length

My stretch length is almost the same as my flaccid length

I was reading on several places that stretch length is equal to or around the length of an erected penis.
I have this weird phenomenon that my penis can barely stretches (maybe 1 cm longer at most?) unless I am very very relax then I can probably stretch it to around 2 cm longer.
For the record I have a short penis to begin with (before PE: 9-9.5cm BPEL, 4.5-5.5 cm flaccid,; currently 10.5cm BPEL, flaccid length stay the same).

I am wondering if anyone are like this as well, and what would you give advice be on my PE routine given my situation. I am currently just doing manual stretches.

The first thing that jumps out when reading your post is that you can stretch more when you’re relaxed.
The human penis has a couple of different layers that can potentially influence the elasticity of the overall unit, either individually or [more likely] all working together. There’s the dartos fascia, which is a smooth muscle layer just under the skin f the penis and scrotum which shrinks everything down when stimulated by things like cold temperature, fear/anxiety, stimulation of the rectum [like when you have to poop], or sexual arousal. It’s function is much more appreciable in the scrotum than the penis, but it’s not entirely negligible.
Then there are the deep fascial layers, the Buck’s Fascia and the Tunica Albuginea. Both are types of deep fascia which are attached to small skeletal muscles at the base of the penis, the bulbospongiosus, ischiocavernosus, and perineal muscles. When those muscles contract, they actually pull more of the penis inside the body. But one other important feature of deep fascia, which is only recently being discovered and isn’t well understood, is that while the tissue is mainly connective tissue matrix which is created and maintained by fibroblasts, the fascia also contains myofibroblasts. Myofibroblasts are cells that are almost like hybrids of fibrobasts and smooth muscle cells.
They’ve been able to demonstrate that myofibroblasts contract and relax in response to sympathomimetics and nitric oxide, respectively. Myofibroblasts have also been implicted in deep fascial ability to adapt to stress, becoming thicker and tougher when needed.

So, yeah. That’s a lot of biological jargon… What it means is that the layers of tissue in the penis that comprise the sheaths holding everything together have the capacity to be relaxed and pliable and to be tense and resistant to mechanical stress; and our body tissues don’t do a very good job differentiating between physiologic stress, mechanical stress, and emotional stress.

My guess is that your Buck’s Fascia and/or tunica have a greater concentration of myofibroblasts, are more easily stimulated to be contracted and “tough”, or both.

As for how you might overcome all that for PEing purposes is the real question though. My first line “treatment” would be to try to induce relaxation with both heat and mental relaxation. Failing that, one could try meditation to relax or even pharmacologic intervention. You’ll also want to maintain a healthy diet and exercise to maximize your endogenous nitric oxide levels, promoting both vascular as well as avascular relaxation.

That’s interesting because I always feel like my size problem is due to wearing tight underwear (I used to wear the triangular one) when I was a kid. Due to the tightness, I instinctively do not want my penis to hang loose as it will be uncomfortable. By the time I switched to boxers it was probably too late. So yes, I think my mentality is playing a crucial role on this and it defined my penis composition.

People say that we should focus more on length in the beginning as opposed to girth because girth exercises (like jelqing) would make your penis toughen making it harder to grow length. I feel like my penis is already really tough. With this context in mind, do you have any PE exercises for length gain that you would advice me to focus on? For example, would JAI stretch a better stretch than static stretch as it induces less muscle contraction in the penis?

It just baffled me how every video I see can just stretch their penis so much during flaccid, and I have always feel like my penis is a bit “tighter” than a normal person, especially during erection when I was going through puberty, my penis just point straight at the ceiling with no flexibility whatsoever (can’t push it down or side way), almost like things inside are more compressed than a normal penis would be, and this is the only silver lining I can see as it gives me a sense of hope that If I can somehow decompress my penis structure inside (like stretching out a compressed, deformed spring), it can lead to some extra length gain.

So, when you are erect or half erect, it becomes even harder to stretch?

It’s actually very interesting situation. I have two ideas what might help. First is massage. Use heat, it makes tissue more elastic and do all kind of manipulations. Pushing, squeezing, twisting, rotating, light jelqs and so on. Without any force, just massage. And see what that can make. Another idea is pumping without erection. It’s slightly different from pumping with erection (for example while watching porno), because you don’t block outflow at all, so penis generally stays relaxed and soft, but because outside pressure is much lower, then it pushes tissues from inside and makes expansion.

Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Goal: To understand what makes penis to grow.

Do the basics.
- 5 min Hot shower on your penis
- 5/10 min manual stretching ( 30 sec is one set hold )
- Wet Jelq 5-10 min until you feel you can do more. ( semi-erect )
- 5 min Hot shower on your penis again

If you do just this with enough intensity and care for you penis you will grow. Maybe after 5 months add clamping for girth.
But if you keep the routine consistent you will see gains for sure , remember this is a marathon not a sprint.
So when you feel this is easy do more.

NEVER FORGET TO WARM UP WITH HEAT!

Start | Nov 2018 | NBPEL: 16 CM & MEG: 12 CM |

Now | Nov 2020 | NBPEL: 19 CM & MEG: 12.5 CM |

Wait what erected penis can be stretched too?! I cant stretch shit if it’s erected. How do I massage my penis?

Thanks but I tried jelqing for maybe a month and I feel like stretch only is more suitable for me. Also, I dont want my penis to get any harder than it is as I want to gain length at the moment. I am becoming increasing certain than my lack of length is due to a lack of elasticity in my penis. What would you recommend my routine to be like just to increase elasticity.

This made me realised that the best PE routine might be different to each person since we are all different.

Even with erection I can get 1/4-1/2 of inch stretch. But if I hold kegel, then it actually shrinks back, even smaller than my ordinary BPEL and I can’t stretch at all.

Just do all kind of manipulations with your penis. Pushing, twisting, rotating and so on. It’s kind of massage. I suppose there can be 3 reasons for your situation:

1. You have some muscle tension. Something similar to situation when I do kegel.

2. You have some kind of peyronie.

3. You have quite tight tissue without much of elasticity.

I don’t think 3 is actual reason, because your flaccid is around 5cm, but erect above 10. You actually have 100% prolongation and it’s very elastic. Most of people have around 50-60%. 2nd reason then should be wrong too, because peyronie is replacement of elastic tissue with tight scar, but you have very high elasticity going from flaccid to erect. So maybe you have some tension, and because you have results with relaxation, then try to focus on this option and see what can be done and how it works.
