My story so far and the mission for 2012.

Around the time of November 2008 I stumbled across a PE website and after reading up on members’ gains and the various exercises used I signed up immediately for a small fee. I was unaware at the time that free advice forums like thunders existed, nevertheless the ‘gains calculator’ was promising me a lovely 1inch in a few months so I didn’t care. A month into the newbie routine and approximately 0.3” longer and with better EQ, flaccid hang etc etc I was hooked. My newbie routine mainly consisted of jelqing and kegels. I struggled to stretch consistently, problems staying flaccid along with the skin damage to my glands were my biggest annoyances.

After 3 months I had reached 6.8” BPEL. I must add in the first couple of months my measuring was a little off, so I can’t exactly say what size I started at, but I remember my NBPEL was less than 6”. Around this time I started to get a little carried away, with sessions lasting 1.5hrs. After making gains I made the classic mistake and thought my dick could handle anything. Of course EQ dropped significantly and I quite quickly became disinterested. Typical story I’m sure your thinking.

Over the next two years I have made sporadic attempts at regaining PE, and experimented with pumping (more for pleasure purposes) and manual clamping exercises. However since my first stint I have never lasted more than a couple of months consistently. During this time I think I gained a little here and there, but it’s hard to say. For some reason I always get distracted and lose interest. It’s stupid because I love PE. I love reading the thousands of posts on these forums, it’s inspiring to know we can all have the penis we want.with enough dedication and faith that is.

Having split up with my girlfriend of 18 months I have decided to start training my unit again. PE is for life after all, at the very least I want to maintain good EQ for ever, for myself and my lovers. It is my intention now to focus on length. Having read the TGC theory recently I have realised my BPSFL is usually shorter than my BPEL, thus my tunica is my limiting factor. Considering I have stretched very little in my PE career and focused mainly on girth exercises it leads me to believe I still have a lot of potential for further length gains. As a result I intend to begin using monkeybars autoextender and autoads once I have payed of my christmas debts. Manual stretching is simply not for me. Over the next 8 months I have a lot of free time so it would be a huge shame to waste it! I cannot wait to begin my new routine.

At present I am jelqing 4 days a week for no longer than 20 minutes to recondition my dick and ramp up my eq again. I am currently on week 3 of my latest stint, and I am determined to stick with it, especially as I know I can gain a lot more. I guess I’ve posted this as a mark of commitment to myself. I am determined to remain consistent even when the going gets tough. Eq is sky high once again, but I have learned my lessons from the past. I completely agree with Sparky’s posts that less is more. I have always achieved gains when eq was at it’s best, never vice-versa. Thus, maintaining good eq will remain paramount from this day forward.

I measured today at BPEL 7.0 x 5.0, with NBPEL 6.5.
My goal is to reach the elusive NPEL 8”, but more realistically 7” in the short term. That equates to an 0.5” gain. Only time will tell!! After I’ve maxed my gains from stretching I will then move back to girth work. I incredibly enjoy jelqing and my brief experiences with clamping and pumping have only enticed me to explore further. But as proved in many cases, length is best worked first.

Only advice is be consistent, but you knew that already :) . So I’ll just wish you good luck with your gains.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

But we're never gonna survive, unless we get a little crazy.

A certain website used a calculator whereby you input your current size and it ‘projects’ how big you will grow in a manner of time using their exercises. A clever marketing tool for the naive. Obviously I fell for it back when I started.

Have you considered using a bathmate along with manual exercises?

I’ll admit it’s very tempting, and knowing me I will probably purchase one at some point in time. For now however it is my intention to focus upon stretching.

Have you much experience with the bathmate? Can it be used to complement other methods or simply by itself? I would be a little concerned by EQ issues if I pumped every day.

Well! I’m 5 days into using my bathmate. I did about 4 months of clamping before I got my bathmate and 6 months of stretching and jelqing before that and I have to say that so far this bm if freeking amazing 5 days in and I’m still only doing 2 sets of 5 min at about medium pressure and 5 min jelqing before and after and I’ve noticed about a quarter inch gain in girth and El. I’ve also noticed that for me it if much more effective than clamping.

18th January update: Its been roughly 3 weeks now of re-conditioning my penis and things are going great. EQ is high and my determination remains strong.

A little note on routine: Alongside my jelq workouts (roughly 20mins) Ive been adding in 5 mins low erection jelqs every time I shower. This has certainly helped with flaccid hang and circulation and I feel is speeding up my recovery from workouts. Additionally my penile tissues are feeling very malleable recently, whether thats a result of the shower jelqs im not sure though.

I probably expect to begin using the autoextender in roughly 2-3 weeks, which I feel is ample time to prepare my unit. Besides, I get the impression my current routine could bear gains of its owns! Really wish I had an ADS though.
Before beginning use of the extender I will remeasure to get an accurate baseline of my starting size, and I may be tempted to post pictures. Maybe.

15th February Update: My Vacxtender has finally arrived and I must say it is fantastic. Initially it was a little confusing, especially manipulating the silicon (accidently tore one already!). However with a bit of practice it becomes very fast and easy to attach. At present I am aiming to get in a few hours everyday for the first week or so. If PIs are good then I will progress from there. All in all, I am very impressed. I know gains will follow.

My short term goal is to increase my stretched flaccid length to 8”BP.

Does any vets have any experience on when to increase rod length?

Bathmate sucks (your money out of you pocket)

Stick to jelqing and stretching, the manual exercises work probably better than with equipments, from my experience.
Be consistent with moderate intensity
