My Story / My Routine

I try some P.E. two years ago for a around 4 month but I failed. At that time, I took some free information from internet (not from this Forum which I think is the best!) but not all I should needed. Also, I didn’t take any measure. I stopped becouse it looks in vain. Now I realize I didn’t make it in the right way. (for example not wrap, jelq too flacid and no squeeze)

Your Forum makes me restarted P.E. two weeks ago, this time in the corect way!
After one week – no signifiant gains in erect state, specialy nothing in length. Flacid state looks better (even the skin is balonated, let’s say).
I started with following routine:
3 min hot wrap
about 5 min manual stretch (ten 30 seconds stretches)
about 10 min of jelq (two hundred 2 seconds strokes)
3 min hot wrap
50 kegels 2 seconds holds each
Schedule: 5 days ON / 2 days OFF

Started with 11th day I increased manual stretch at 50-60 seconds and jelq at four hundred
in 50-60 % erect state.
Since yesterday, after finishing 200 jelq I inserted in my routine also squeeze (ULI#3). It looks very usefull for girth. I tried to continued with another 200 jelqs but I stopped becouse I felt incofortable up to some pain inside of my penis. So, it’s obvious that I have to make 400 jelq and finishing my routine with squeeze, nothing more after that !

P.S.: I started with 15.3 cm = 6.02 inch length and 12.5 cm = 4.9 inch middle circumference girth
I’ll take new measure when I’ll complete first month. I’ll let you know.

You were right to stop when it felt uncomfortable. Continue to work at a moderate pace, especially while you are in newbie status. Like you say, slowly but surely work your way in the coming weeks up to 15 then 20 minutes jelq time which seems to translate for you to 300 then 400 jelqs.

cos, you were right to give pe another try. Stick with it for a while, use good form and be consistant, and the gains will come. Remember to read all that you can.
