I put on a 30 min video and just get my oil jelq.

What do you mean by wrap? Are you referring to a warm up? As for the erection, your penis will get used to it eventually. It thinks it is time for play and not work lol. I can’t help with the erection during sex so I will let someone else chime in on that. As for a kegel…next time you go take a piss, stop your piss mid stream; that is a kegel. Yes, when you stop peeing, that is a kegel. They should be held for 5 seconds each.
