My soon to be Journey

I’m 19 years old with a penis that’s around 6” lengthwise erect. I want to it be at least 8 inches. So I’ve read up on this site and what it has to offer. Here’s what I plan to do.

2-5 mins. Of warmup with a warm washcloth wrapped around my penis
100-150 basic jelqs at 70-80% erection.
2-5 mins of warm-down

Anything else recommended?

Update: I just finished first session.

5 min cool-down (right now)

It’s red with slight tingling sensation in the tip.normal I suppose. I’ll keep posting to let you know how it goes.

Since you want length, you should incorporate stretches in your daily routine. 10 min of normal stretching is excellent.
Jelq is mostly a girth exercise. Jelqing at a downward angle will help length gains.

About length, the gains can be either tunica gains or ligament gains. Tunica gains are the hardest and some say the most
permanent. They are achieved by stretching at an upward angle. Ligament gains are the easiest. They are achieved by stretching
at a downward angle.

The red colour at the tip of your penis is a normal sign. Since you have pushed more blood toward that area. About the tingling
sensation, I have no idea but since it is your first time jelqing, I would not pay too much attention to it.

A piece of advice though, jelqing should not be done with excessive force.

Ok thanks for the good advice. I do want girth as well though. I’ll now look around the site to find out about tunica and ligament gains.

I’m not sure that I completely agree with Padawan that jelqs are mostly a girth exercise. User experiences here vary; I don’t think anything is a length-only or a girth-only exercise for everyone.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I do agree with you Lampwick that’s why I used the word mostly and said that jelqing downward will cause length gains (again jelqing upwards will as well). Anyways, jelqs help with both girth and length ;) .

The Newbie Routine

That’s what I’m doing now. One day I’ll stretch downward and the nest I’ll stretch upwards. Is that Okay? Also do I have to rest for 1 day? I want fast gains. Can I go maybe a little lighter one day instead? What else is good for fast gains?

You can stretch multiple times each day, the limit being common sense and the signals your body gives you.

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

It’s important not to overdo, 11omega, especially at the beginning.
