Sorry mate for being late. I guessed Lampwick and Calfaddict have already answered that.
It would be wise though to space out your stretching time throughout the day. Doing too much
at the same time could be disastrous.

Every time I go to the loo, I do some stretching for 3-5 mins. Also, I have just integrated Fowfers to
my P.E routine. They are very discreet and you could do them for quite some time (usually I go for 15 min).
