My Routine

Good evening or afternoon Gents. I am fairly new to the world of PE and just wanna say I’m glad us guys have a resource for us to go to for this pressure that is put on to us. I am fairly new so I can only post here. I’m looking for some feed back to see if I’m doing anything incorrectly

Here is my routine. Constructive criticism is appreciated

Supplements
The first thing I would do is take supplements an hour before jelqing. I was going to take the following supplements before starting..

- Lecithin
- Pygeum
- Garlic
- Rhodliola Rosea
- Ginklo Biloba
- Tongkat Ali (pill form)
- L-Arginine

I was also going to wash this down all down with Pomegranate juice. I’ve spent months and months of research on not only this forum, but also read customer reviews based of the effect of each supplement as well as the pomegranate juice. My goal is to force as much blood (flow) as I can to my penis before working on the jelqs

Days of Exercise
There are 3 possible routines that I was going to do. I’m fairly busy but this is something pretty important to me. So there were either going to be

5 Days On in a row/2 days off
3 Days On in a row/1 day off & repeat
2 Days On/1 Day Off

I haven’t decided what I’m going to do yet but I am also a newbie so I don’t know what will be yield the best results but I was really deciding to model after my workouts because I know rest is important as well as the exercises so I was gonna go for the 3 On/1 Off/3 On/1 Off

Routine
My routine will consist of the most basic regime until I adapt to the basic mechanics of jelqing. Here is what it will consist

Part 1
- Grip head & stretch up for 20 seconds
- Grip head & stretch down for 20 seconds
- Grip head & stretch left for 20 seconds
- Grip head & stretch down for 20 seconds
- Grip head & stretch over wrist for 20 seconds
- V-Stretch for 20 seconds

This was going to be followed up with some kegels. Even though I feel like I should be doing the kegels at the end. If I do decide to do kegels, I would do kegel holds for 20 seconds, rest then do kegel hold and release about 20-30 times. After this first part, I would apply heat for 10 minutes before moving on

Part 2
Not really much here but I planned to do regular jelqs with each hand, a total of 100 reps (so that’s 200 in total if we count each hand). Once I’ve done that, I would use a cock rings at the base and near the head to try and maintain the forced blood for about 5 minutes. After that, I’d take off the rings and since I’m just starting off, I would only do 50 jelqs (so 25 each hand). Whether or not I decide to Kegel in the part 1 section, I will definitely do it here same amount, same process. To finish off the workout, I would apply heat for 10 minutes.

Now, that part where I am confused is whether or not I should pump on the days I work out. I should mention that I already have a LeLuv pump and currently in the process of purchasing Bathmate Hydromax - X. I had another routine that consisted the above with the addition of pumping before jelqing but I feel as though that would be to hard on my wang. So I decided it would probably be better to double pump on the off days (Air pump in the morning/afternoons & water pumping the tub), jelq right after (about 100 total) and then apply the cock rings at the base and near the head to trap the blood. My goal is to add a few inches or length and growth, nothing I think is unobtainable. So I am trying to incorporate as much as I can.

Don’t grip the head when you stretch. Grip 1 inch below it.

By elimination it is easier to find your sweet spot. Start with the lightest option, like 1 ON followed by 1 OFF. If this schedule proved to you that gains ain’t coming, you can start to plan the next move. Make sure to change exercises, duration and intensity at this starter schedule, before make the elimination.

I see, I will find that sweet spot. What do you think about incorporating the pump routine into the jelqing sessions? Or should I do that on the off days?

Save the PE equipments to when you notice that gains ain’t coming no more from manuals.

Off days is rest, no PE should be done in those days.
