200 to 300 jelqs in the shower, using Vaseline, 5 days on 2 off
I typically do basic stretches through the day
300 kegals a day
I typically edge after I do the jelqs sometimes 3 4 times.
PS I have yet to measure since I started 3 months ago, my girlfriend of 4 years said she can notice a difference in my girth just by grabbing me down there,
