hey guys here is my routine so far for a beginner, keep in mind it is kinda hard for me to do anything because of privacy, and I am not really looking for size gains any way just better erections.

200 to 300 jelqs in the shower, using Vaseline, 5 days on 2 off

I typically do basic stretches through the day

300 kegals a day

I typically edge after I do the jelqs sometimes 3 4 times.

PS I have yet to measure since I started 3 months ago, my girlfriend of 4 years said she can notice a difference in my girth just by grabbing me down there,

300 kegels is too much.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Way too many jelqs for a beginner for sure…maybe the best approach is first a solid conditioning or beginner program then build from there.
