My routine.

Can you tell me what you think of my routine? Please, thanks :)

Warm up 5 mins-
Stretch (in all directions) 5 sets of 15 seconds each (15 seconds in each direction)
Inverted V A-stretch 5 reps of 30 seconds
275-300 jelqs
440 horse squeeze or just a horse squeeze or possibly a Uli..
CC stretch 5 reps of 30 seconds
Warm down..

Does that seem like a good routine to do? And does it involve length and girth?

No, I’ve been doing it for a little over a month :) and I’ve been adding more jelqs and a few exercises

So you built up to this? If so, it’s a quick buildup, but you should be fine.

And yes, those exercises will build both length and girth.

Starting at 6 EL.4.5 EG is that good?

Isn’t this a bit too much for someone who has just been PEing for a month? 300 jelqs and 440 horse squeezes sounds like a lot. But if you gain every week and got good physological indicators I guess you can stick to it

Mike its a great routine but be careful not to overdo things too early on.

Just keep an eye on your PI and EQ, and if they don’t go south then you’re ok.

Are you taking rest days?

What’s pi? And my EQ is very good and yes I am its 3 days on 2 days off then 2 days on and 1 day off and then it repeats, is that good?

Does it sound like it? Because I started like 2 months and maybe a ½ a month ago and I started at 50 jelqs and increased it every week by 50 until 200 then by 25 until now which is 300 is it good?

Thanks I put it together myself and I thought it was a great combination because I am bodybuilder and know that exercises go well with one another so I thought it was good..

And I do levels as well like around 30-40 minutes throughout the day in 20, 10 and 10 minutes

Unfortunately, PE is not a science so it’s kind of hard to say if it’s too much for everyone. It seems like a lot for most guys, but if you’ve made it this far without injury or decrease in EQ, you might be one of the ones for whom “more is more”.

Be cautious and pay attention to the PI’s and you should be OK. Good luck.
