Warm up 5 mins-
Stretch (in all directions) 5 sets of 15 seconds each (15 seconds in each direction)
Inverted V A-stretch 5 reps of 30 seconds
440 horse squeeze or just a horse squeeze or possibly a Uli..
CC stretch 5 reps of 30 seconds
Does that seem like a good routine to do? And does it involve length and girth?

Starting at 6 EL.4.5 EG is that good?
