My Routine...

Hello all!
Just wanted to run something by you guys as i’m just really getting back into PE and wanted to see what you thought of my new routine…
I’ve been finding it hard to maintain a good enough semi during Jelqing as of late, so i’ve come up with this:

Morning -

5 mins IR Lamp
10 mins 3-6” hg tapered up over first 5 or so minutes
100 Wet Jelqs
10 Mins Warm-down in shower

Evening (depending if i have time)-

5 mins IR Lamp
10 mins Stretching (whatever i fancy at the time)
10 Mins Warm-down in shower/maybe a bit more IR lamp

What do you guys think of this? I’m also taking 5mg of Cialis every other day after each session usually… Just helps keep me plumped up. You think i should alternate pump/jelq sessions and stretching sessions. I’m going one day on one day off at the moment. So…thoughts?



Start (22/04/2013) - 6.5" BPEL x 5" MSEG

Now (12/06/2013) - 7" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG

Current Aim - 7.25" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG

Routine looks fine to me. If you are going to stretch and jelq/pump in the same session, the stretching should be done first so you don’t lose your post-workout plump.
