My Routine

My Routine

I started PE for about 4 and a half months ago, at the beginnig did some Jelq and a bit stretches.
Today my Routine is Stretching based:
3 days on/ 1 day off , 15 minutes manual stretching forward from the body and some V-Stretching.

Wait to see results in another 5 months.

21/01/05: 5.5” NBPEL
01/06/05: 6.1” NBPEL

Good Luck.I’ve got a friend that since he was a young teen he was insecure about his penis size, not because he had anything to be insecure about but, just because in grade school some people said his penis was small. He was always stretching it and we all kind of laughed about. I’ve know him since we where little kids because of our pattens so I could say anything to him. Growing up we where close and even changed in the same room all the time getting read to go out and stuff not thinking anything of it and I remember that his penis was the same size as mine but now he’s got about 3/4 of an inch of length on me and about 1/2 inch in girth I think which puts him around 8 1/2 x 6 est.. My point is that I think stretching will work over time but, I don’t think as effective as doing more things with you routine. If you want to do just stretching trying and getting some light stretching during the day when you go to the washer. He used to stretch it all the time all day and stretch it more coming out or a warm shower but, remember light stretching because if you stretching hard all day long I think you are asking for some damage. The funny thing he know nothing about PEing he just knew that if he stretch his penis it would make his flaccid size look bigger at the moment of stretching.
