I started PE for about 4 and a half months ago, at the beginnig did some Jelq and a bit stretches.
Today my Routine is Stretching based:
3 days on/ 1 day off , 15 minutes manual stretching forward from the body and some V-Stretching.
Wait to see results in another 5 months.
