My Routine

Alright, I want a bit of advice regarding my current routine. I would like to have this thread moved to the pumpers forum since pumping makes up a large part of it, if possible. I’ve been practicing PE for about 2 months now and I just entered month 3. Any input is appreciated.

So, the routine is this:

First month..
Pumping for 15 minutes @ 6Hg immediately followed by 15 minutes of jelqing. After jelqing, the process is repeated one more time.
(TOTAL: 30 minutes of pumping; 30 minutes of jelqing)

Second month..
Pumping for 20 minutes @ 7Hg immediately followed by 20 minutes of jelqing. After jelqing, the process is repeated one more time
(TOTAL: 40 minutes of pumping; 40 minutes of jelqing)

I am about to start week 2 of my third month and the procedure is now..
Pumping for 30 minutes @ 8Hg immediately followed by 30 minutes of jelqing. After jelqing, the process is repeated once more.
(TOTAL: 60 minutes of pumping; 60 minutes of jelqing)

I perform this routine every single day with maybe 1 day rest per week. Now, I’ve noticed a definite increase in length and girth. I have slight discoloration towards the glans, but am experiencing no other effects/pain/etc.

How does this sound? Am I missing anything? Thanks in advance.

You may have seen gains, but in my opinion, you’re going wrong.

You seem to be relying on increasing pressure every month, which simply is not necessary.

Many guys have gained without going over 5HG, they just increase sets.

Going to high pressures (5HG+) is NOT the best of ideas.

Well I am not increasing beyond 8Hg. I realize it may be high but I experience no pain or side effects. I may lower pressure for the next month though.

Hi!

I recommend 4 sets of 15 minutes with the pump at 4 to 5Hg, 2 sets of 10 minutes jelq and 2 sets of 10minutes manual stretching.

There’s no need to increase the pressure above 5Hg on the pump. Add and ADS to all this and your on you way.

Oh! And 5 days on 2 days off.
