Alright, I want a bit of advice regarding my current routine. I would like to have this thread moved to the pumpers forum since pumping makes up a large part of it, if possible. I’ve been practicing PE for about 2 months now and I just entered month 3. Any input is appreciated.
So, the routine is this:
Pumping for 15 minutes @ 6Hg immediately followed by 15 minutes of jelqing. After jelqing, the process is repeated one more time.
(TOTAL: 30 minutes of pumping; 30 minutes of jelqing)
Pumping for 20 minutes @ 7Hg immediately followed by 20 minutes of jelqing. After jelqing, the process is repeated one more time
(TOTAL: 40 minutes of pumping; 40 minutes of jelqing)
I am about to start week 2 of my third month and the procedure is now..
Pumping for 30 minutes @ 8Hg immediately followed by 30 minutes of jelqing. After jelqing, the process is repeated once more.
(TOTAL: 60 minutes of pumping; 60 minutes of jelqing)
I perform this routine every single day with maybe 1 day rest per week. Now, I’ve noticed a definite increase in length and girth. I have slight discoloration towards the glans, but am experiencing no other effects/pain/etc.
How does this sound? Am I missing anything? Thanks in advance.
