My routine, over doing it??
I’ve been doing the newbie routine for 2 months or more now and and I basically added onto it and just wanted some feedback. Whether I should focus more on stretching or jelqs and / or calm down and not do so much. I’m doing PE 3 days on and 1 day off now, after the 3rd day my dick isn’t exhausted but it’s not 100%..still able to get and maintain an erection an hour or two after with no problem, never as rock hard as it is on my off days though. The reason why i’m asking for your feedback back is because I havn’t noticed any bad signs however havn’t noticed any gains either in length. I mean I feel thicker and harder and more defined but I just wnated to know if I should keep at it, change a few things or slow things down.
6 minute warm up ( heat lamp, it’s stealthy no noise and easily concealable but please if you have any other heat source suggestions…)
10 minutes stretches for 30 seconds, downward, upwards, side to side, then around the world rotating hands ( also wouild like to know if I should focus more on downward stretching)
5 minutes wet jelqs ( I dropped from 10 minutes, wondering if 5 minutes is still good)
5 minute warm up ( heat lamp)
50-75 5 second hold kegels ( I find it’s easier to do them at about 80% erect, as i’m doing them I slowly lose my erection and cannot do them as well so I massage and repeat )
25 minutes using my vacu-tech pump ( the last 3 minutes I usually pull the pump up and down for a good stretch)
6 minute warm down
I do all my exercises infront of the heat lamp while covering my balls so they don’t get heated, I don’t have the lamp on when i’m pumping obviously lol
After the session i’ll wait about 30-60 minutes and then i’ll strap on an extender for about 4-5 hours, take off and rest about 30 mintues then i’ll hop in the shower and use the bathmate for 20 minutes then walk on out with a nice chunky.
Sometimes I strap the extender back on for another hour or two before bed, I always massage before bed with a good cream that helps the skin stretch easily and to check if I have trouble getting an erection or not.
So far everything has worked problem free but it sure takes up alot of time throughout my day and wanted to hear from you guys if you have any suggestions. I really want to increase length and I know i’m only 2-3 months into my routine full time so I just want to know if I should stay the course or switch it up, sorry for typing so much lol.
