Vacuum hanger

Hang between 8 to 10 pounds for about an hour, 20 to 30 min sessions while reheating every 10 min or so with hot towels. Right after I jump in hot shower and manual stretch for about 20 min

A plus side to hanging first then stretching for me is my head swells some and I get a better grip for stretching!

Once or twice a week I do a chemical PE day using caverject and try and go for 3 hrs while pumping for about 1hr during session. This pump/caverject combo really works the girth without much lymph buildup.

Haven’t been on this to long so I’m still trying to feel what works best. Going for mainly length at the moment.

So to recap: Going for about 3 to 4 days hang/stretch, 1 to 2 days chem PE, and about 2 days rest a week.

well, I haven’t measured but I can feel the length coming.

I’m thinking of incorporating an extender. I have one now but its a nose type and it just feels to uncomfortable. Ive tried several ways of trying to make it comfortable to wear for a few hours but no dice.

My next step is to give the modified vac-extender device a try.
