My Routine ClampJelq

I would like to start off with I am not a noob! I can hang 15 pounds from my cock a newb can’t do this and I have been part of bibs forum for a while!
And guys that are newbs do not jump to this do the newb routine first and for real pay attention! If it hurts! You are doing it wrong! This should not cause you any pain as bigger would say listen to your cock! It will tell you or warn you if you are bein mean to it!

What I have done is just takin bits of others peoples routine and made this one and if this is someones routine please let me know how it’s doin for ya?

Mondays(Clamping)
2 clamps at base for 5 minutes add a 3rd clamp at base for the other 5 minutes!

Tuesdays(jelqing)
Jelq at 80% for 30 minutes

Wensdays(Clamping)
2 clamps at base for 5 minutes add a 3rd clamp at base for the other 5 minutes!

Thursdays(Jelqing)
Jelq at 80% for 30 minutes

Fridays(Clamping)
2 clamps at base for 5 minutes add a 3rd clamp at base for the other 5 minutes!

Saturdays(Jelqing)
Jelq at 80% for 30 minutes

Sunday(Clamping) or maybe some(Rest)
2 clamps at base for 5 minutes add a 3rd clamp at base for the other 5 minutes!

I like this clamp routine cause it doesnt affect my EQ at all! I tryed aristotines routine! I don’t like it cause 15 minutes is way to long! And with this routine I can get the same expansion of a 1/2 inch I am 5 inch in EG I’m hoping I can get to 6 to 6 1/2 inch girth in a year or 2 and increase at least half and inch to and inch in length at the same time! We will see!

Has anyone used the air clamp? How do you like it? Are you able to get the same type of expansion as you do with cable clamps?
