My routine and soreness

Been getting back into PE pretty regularly as of the last month. My routine is a combination of:

Manual Stretching: 3 behind, rotary, 3 down, rotary, 3 forward, rotary, 3 up, rotary
Or
Tom Hubbards Jelq 2.0 Routine: 300 total pulls

Dry Jelq: 300-600
Or
Wet Jelq: 600

The reason I write “or” is because I try and listen to my body as to what it can handle without injury on a given day. Lately though I’ve found I’m very sore the day after, the skin specifically not the muscle. I’m sure the dry jelqing and Toms routine (since no lube) is used are responsible so I try and go back and forth with and without lube based on how I’m feeling.

Have you guys dealt with skin soreness in the same way? Ideas? Anything you would add to this routine?

When you do dry jelqs, you should make use of the skin as a lubricant. Dry jelqs are actually less stressfull on the skin compared to wet jelqs; but you have to learn how to perform them and have enough skin. If you are cut, dry jelqs could be trickier.

Yes cut. I know what you mean in terms of using the skin though and I do try to!

Do you do this way? a) on a semi-erect penis, apply a C grip at about 1-2” from the base; b) pull the skin back toward the base as far as you can; c) tighten a bit the grip and start milking.

More or less yes, I usually find the most range of movement in the skin that I have which is about 1-2” from the base and milk from there. Still, a often end up sore. I think it may be that my penis is too erect. How erect are you when you’re milking?

For dry jelqs, I think about 60% is optimal. I don’t perfectly know the TH routine, so maybe the culprit is this latter.
