My routine and some questions

Ok I’ve been into PE now for about 4,5 months. I did the newbie routine first and have been adding the amount of exercises little by little, sometimes overtraining and then dropping back the amount and try to follow my EQ. Havent had any injuries really, once I noticed 2 red dots but they faded quickly.

At the moment I’m not doing any stretching since I want to target for girth. I do want some length too in the long run, just want to gain a bit of girth and then maybe start hanging or get an ads and then train for more girth.
Anyway this is what I do currently:

- Warmup for 10 mins
- Jelqing 250 to 300 strokes, mostly long strokes more than 3 secs (takes me 20 sometimes 30 minutes, with some pauses included for getting the erection level right which is about 80% I prefer)
- Pumping for 15 mins in a bathmate, not max pressure. I can stretch up to 175mm max but I prefer to leave it for 165mm.
- Warmdown for 10mins

I do this routine 3 days on 1 day off.

Seems like I have gained midshaft-girth about 0,1 - 0,2” some weeks ago and it’s still there so I must have done something right. Still I’m doubting if this routine I have is a bit too intense and on the other hand sometimes feel like it’s not enough. Sometimes I have a great morning wood and my wife is commenting on erection level being extra high but then all of a sudden I miss the morning woods for several days. Maybe it’s the 3rd day of exercise that is too much I’m thinking.
It could also be that I’m missing morning wood because of too little sleep. I don’t know if thats a factor but it just came to my mind if I sleep about 4-5 hours during the night I might not get into that phase when morning erection happens, I don’t know.

I would very much appreciate opinions from other pe’ers whether my routine sounds like overtraining. Other comments / suggestions very welcome too.

Also one question about jelqing: Is it important to grab the next stroke before the previous one is released so that for a sec I’m grabbing both under the glans and from the base simultaneously? Or does it not play a big role at all?

woah are you sure the volume of work your doing isnt excessive?

About your jelqing technique question - I tend to grip at the base BEFORE I release at the head. But ultimately it dosn’t matter because that may not determine whether or not you are achieving maximal engorgement. I certainly find that not releasing before the new grip helps me build up pressure. Sounds like your technique is good if you are doing long slow jelqs!

Forget overtraining, I think you’re overthinking.

There’s your answer. You feel like its not enough, but you’re doubting yourself because you have read too much pseudoscience on here about rest days and physical indicators etc etc. Trust your instincts.

It really depends on the quality of your workouts and how fatigued you can get. But as we all like solid numbers…I’d say at least 10 minutes, but no more than 20 - after 20 minutes of jelqing it seems to me you must be at least going through the motions a bit. That’s the upper limit for me, and the lower 5-10.

Yeah I guess it’s really about listening to my instincts.

One thing I forgot to tell ya though is that sometimes after my routine my dick feels a bit numb too. Not much though and it fades in an hour or two. Maybe it’s because of too much pressure while pumping? Sometimes I get too exited with it to see how far I can push it and somethings definately happening there since when I started with it my max length in the tube was 170mm and now it’s close to 180mm! Nothing changed on the BPEL yet though.
But like I said I prefer 165mm rather cos I’ve read girth is gained better with lower pressures and more time. Does it mean that one can pump longer than 20 minutes per day (BM-guideline) if using milder pressures. I think I’m gonna try that and see how it goes and try not to get a blue dick.
