My routine - and some questions

Hi guys

Long time reader of this site, I’m just getting into the whole PE thing and thinkthe advice on here is absolutely great. I’ve been doing PE off and on since December and have recently decided to ‘go for it’ properly, hence I have devised my own small variation on the ‘newbie routine’. I’d appreciate any help if you think I need it! My ultimate goal is to gain an inch or two in length so I’m a nice 7 or 7 1/2 inches, and about 1/2 an inch to an inch in girth.

Here’s what I do:

1) 5 minute warm-up with a hot wash-cloth on my penis, followed by some shaking

2) 10 minutes stretching - the main one I do is to sit down on the edge of the bed and pull down hard on my penis until I can feel a stretch in my ligaments, I hold this for around 20 seconds at a time. Then I do 15 seconds each of left, right and upwards pulls, followed by a couple of minutes of Fowfers. I also do the one where you kegel blood into the penis, clamp off at the base with your hand and ‘roll’ the shaft in all four directions for 10 reps (kind of like a Uli?). More shaking.

3) 10 minutes wet jelqs - each jelq takes three seconds and I do them at roughly 50-60% erect as I find it hard to feel as if I’m doing anything with a more flaccid cock. I do 2 x 100 reps with a small break of shaking in-between both sets, which usually takes me around 10 minutes.

4) 5 minutes warm-down, again with the hot wash-cloth and some shaking.

What do you think of this - does anything need doing more or less in your opinion? I usually do one day off, one day on (eg. Monday/rest/Weds/rest/Friday/rest/Sunday), is that enough or should I do it more frequently?

I have tried dry jelqs but find them uncomfortable, I don’t seem to be able to do them without a lot of skin riding up whereas wet jelqs are obviously a lot smoother and more comfortable. Is one better than the other in anyone’s experience?

One last question, are there any exercises that promote more visible veins? I’m really interested in getting the ‘porn vein’: the thick one most porn actors seem to have running down the length of the penis on the top of their shaft (I think it’s called the ‘superficial dorsal vein’, according to Wikipedia - sorry but I can’t post pics).

Apologies about all the questions, I promise I used the ‘search’ feature to try and find all the answers first! I can happily report that since starting my casual PE routine, while I haven’t noticed any significant gains my penis is definitely hangs more loosely when flaccid and my erections and orgasms are stronger. Now to sort out the size, hopefully I’m headed in the right direction..

Good routine in my view. Not too much, not too little.

Remember 2 on, 1 off to start, then throw in maybe 3 on, 1 off. Only measure once per month and stick at this for the next 3 months at the very least. Be consistent with your routines and focused during your PE.

Jelqing should promoted veins showing in my view.

Perhaps over time increase the time in which you hold a stretch, up towards 45 seconds.

I totally agree with everything Ruz said.

Also if you would like to perform these exercises more often you could. (I still think newbies should stay on 2 on 1 off for a certain time till you are more familiarized with the P.E exercises)

The only thing is you have to check your P.Is, if they are positive you can carry on and if they aren’t, you should consider performing less.

You would be surprised to know how many member reported excellent result by actually performing the exercises at a lesser frequency or duration per session.
