My return. possible Injury

Hi guys, well I’ve been doing some light PE to get back into the swing of things as Christmas slowed me down. I think however I may have caused myself an injury I felt a slight pain and temporary numbess during one of my exercises so I stopped and took some weeks off.

However I have a section in my penis harder then before, it was foolish of me to have had an injury in the first place. I think it will be permanent(as it has been there for over 2 months) but it is not overly concerning I will just take it light for a while. Let this be a lesson when Jelqing or Clamping be careful and always warm up correctly.

Thanks For All Your Help

There isn’t any curvature that wasn’t there before, is there, carlos11? If there were, I’d be concerned about a possible plaque formation, which is associated with Peyronie’s.

If it’s just something like a thrombosis or lymph blockage, I wouldn’t worry much about it if you experience no pain or dysfunction, and you’re careful not to do again whatever caused it.

Good warmup, good advise
