My resutls of PE
After doing my new routine for a month and half here are my results
FG-4.5 FG -4.5
BPEL-6.5 BPEL-6 7/8
Now my routine is about 95 percent length so I didn’t expect to gain much in girth if anything, and as you can see I haven’t. Also my BPEL (bone pressed erect length for you noobs out there) was hard to tell it was either 6 7/8 or 6 15/16, I went with the smaller number to be safe. I’m sure in another couple of weeks or a month I will be at 7 BPEL or over it. This just shows me that PE really does work it’s just going to take time and a lot of effort. I’ve added a couple of new stretching in towards the end of my report here so we shall see in a month what my other results are. Anyway I’m happy with what I’ve gained and look forward to the next measurement.
