My resutls of PE

After doing my new routine for a month and half here are my results

Now my routine is about 95 percent length so I didn’t expect to gain much in girth if anything, and as you can see I haven’t. Also my BPEL (bone pressed erect length for you noobs out there) was hard to tell it was either 6 7/8 or 6 15/16, I went with the smaller number to be safe. I’m sure in another couple of weeks or a month I will be at 7 BPEL or over it. This just shows me that PE really does work it’s just going to take time and a lot of effort. I’ve added a couple of new stretching in towards the end of my report here so we shall see in a month what my other results are. Anyway I’m happy with what I’ve gained and look forward to the next measurement.

I am doing 15 minutes worth of jelqing with every routine, I used to do 25 but decided to to take some time off. I may increase jelqing time later but not totally sure on that idea.

Good. I think jelqs are possibly the most effective PE exercise, even for length.

I like the look of my penis after jelqing it looks so much bigger and plump. I also jelq at 20 to 40 percent to target length.

Congrats on your gains, but do you only want length? Or maybe your doing length first then girth.

I figured doing girth first would be best, since girth gains are harder to get.

Thanks. Yes right now I only want length. That’s my though to get the length first then girth. Right now my unit looks stubby (though with the added gains it looks better) because when I started it was at even numbers 5.25 length and 5.25 girth.

I’m not sure if girth gains are harder to get I always though length gains were harder. I believe that’s all just theory, then again some people may gain girth easy and some may gain length easy. If that’s what your after go for it I would suggest doing the newbie routine for 3 months before trying any advanced girth exercises though.

Thanks canoworms. Yeah I’m not sure when I’ll reach my short term goal it I’m hoping in 6 months but it may take longer. I don’t want to rush it since PE is not a race.
