My Question About The Plateu

My Question About The Plateu

Hi, everyone
I started PEing in July of 2012
First Month I had very good results 1 cm in 1 month
Then due to laziness I skipped one month
The next month I started again and after one month I gained another 1 cm
Then I continued PEing
But this time with no gains
In the middle of December I read the article about breaking the plateau by getting a re- condition break
Now I Took a Break for about 3 Weeks and I started again at January the 2nd of this Year
I had a feeling that my ligs where tighter again and yesterday I measured again and these 5 days of PEing there was no result

So my Questions are:
Should I wait more and if YES how long
What should I be doing and be aware of when I start PEing again (changing the routine, less intense at the beginning and increase from week to week .. )
I’m now 6 inches and my goal is to be 7 inches by the end of this summer ..
If I could gain like I gained in the beginning this would be doable

Thanks FOR READING
I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME
AND SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH

I would try and stay consistent for at least 6 months with minor tweaks to the routine at each month if you are not seeing results.

Pre PE: 5/8/04 BPEL 6.25" EG 5"

Goal: BPEL 7.5" EG 5.5"

Routine, Pics

5 days back is too short to judge whether you’re gaining yet from your recent decon break. Give it at least a full month or even two to decide whether or not you are still on the plateau. I would agree that the idea of ‘less intense at the beginning’ is accurate when coming back from a decon break. I also started in July, and recently took a 2 week break (December 1 - December 15). Keep the faith, I bet you will see some gains in the next few weeks.

Before 5.5" x 4.1" ///////// Now 7.4" x 4.9"

Fucking plateaus.

My only results after an agonising year of plateauing was to begin hanging.

You may be conditioned enough to begin hanging by now, so it may be worth a try.

I hesitated to hang for over a year, as I felt that I was going to rip my dick off by hanging weights off it, but I was glad to be wrong and have gained a half inch from hanging in the last six months.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Hey edwardgenius, your English is fine. Everybody is different and our bodies recover differently especially
when PEing. I believe consistency is the best thing when starting out. Too many starts and stops probably
confuses your unit. I conditioned myself really well when I started and I found later down the road that when
I PE’d 6 weeks on and stopped for 2 weeks and back to 6 on, and so on, really was beneficial to the success
of my gains, but like I posted, we are all different.

So if I understood well you’re saying that PEing 6 weeks and stopping 2 weeks works best for you ?

It did, but I had to get my unit very well conditioned before I did that. I stayed very consistant

for at least 6 months before I changed my schedule to 6 on, 2 off. PEing is so easy, gains are

not that hard to achieve if you are determined and consistant and again, time and effort was what

you need to do, just like going to the gym and working out, the difference, many here need privacy

to PE.
