My problem erections

My problem erections

Hello everyone, I just joined today and I was wondering if you guys could help me out.

Basicly I’m 8” inches erect but my erections are pitiful; my penis goes hard but does not go up in fact it’s like it’s pointing down it’s in a hook shape pointing down and twised to the right abit. Now I as wondering is there anyway to sort these problems out ?

I think I heard kegelling will make it harder while jelqing will make it straighter. I also wouldn’t mind gaining alittle girth somehow.

Do you guys have any recomendations or routines, ill truly appreciate it

P.s. I’ve had these erections all my life and I don’t drink or do drugs

I have noticed that jelqing with a moderate/light grip with a semi erection give me good expansion and helps my erections.

Start with the newbie routine. Make sure to warm up properly. Warming up properly is just as important as the workout itself. I used to skip warming up properly and regret it.

Thanks, also another note I find kegelling very hard for me I can barley hold 1 sqeeze for 20 seconds let alone 1 minute. Any advice?

Also could anyone advice me of a routine specific to my problem rather than that of size gain since 9 inches would be overkill (although I do want some girth )=P

Jelqing will help improve your circulation and strengthen your erections — I am pretty sure that is what results in everybody’s initial 1/8” newbie gains. All of the sudden your penis is harder — consequently it is longer.

Personally I would start with this lighter newbie routine and see where it takes you — Quite a few guys had done well with it, and it is less stressful than the regular newbie routine as you gradually ramp up:

Why it is better, than the current newbie routine? Because it takes full advantage about enlarging soft untrained penis and is more gentle routine and so safer.

LINEAR ROUTINE for newbies

- Do 5 minutes warm up before and after workout and massage your penis little after you have warmed it.

- Stretching: I don’t recommend doing any stretching within the first week or two.
When you begin stretching do one 30 second pull to each direction (down, up, left, right, forward).
Within the first 2 months add max. 1 stretch (up, down..) per week, but if you feel, that it is not
necessary to add number of stretches, then don’t.

- Jelqing: Start from 10- 20 jelqs. At the beginning add for example 10 jelqs about every 3 workout, but there is no need to go over 50- 60 jelqs within the 2 or 3 weeks.

Beyond 50- 60 jelqs add 10- 20 jelqs in a week if necessary. If you seem to gain with a lower amount, then don’t increase the amount until you feel it is necessary.

On kegels, build up slowly — do sets of 20 1 second squeezes multiple times a day. Work up the amount of reps as you get stronger. Then add in sets of longer squeezes. You wouldn’t expect to bench press 300lbs your first workout, right? Kegels are the same way — it will take time to get that muscle in shape.

These are good advices.

No wonder my very first attempt at PE about 10yr ago failed I think I was over working it, I used to do about 200 jelqs a session as stated in a book I bought online. But now I feel with all the great info on this site, I will find a routine that will work for me and I now know more isn’t always better.
