Ok so this is my 1st post, I’ve been lurking for a few months at least, and I’m glad to have found this forum!
So I live in a dorm with a roommate and I’m gonna have a roommate again next year, which I have found makes doing PE possible, but doing it on a regular basis is nearly impossible. So this summer Ill be living at home for like 3 months where I expect to be able to PE without issues. So my question is, how do I go about getting the best gains over this short amount of time, and will it be possible to not lose anything upon ceasing PE when I go back to college? I’ve tried doing the newbie routine for only like 3 weeks, and noticed maybe a few mm of gain, but I’m pretty sure it’s gone since I had to stop over spring break. Anyway, what advice do people have?
