My personal commitment for 2013

My personal commitment for 2013

.. Is to continue PE at least until the end if the year.

I started of with PE on 14 Dec 2012 following the newbie routine. I expect to be a slow gainer however, for the following reasons:

- I have a LOT of 6. I know that most of you say to disregard this theory, but I mention it as a fact anyway
- My EQ is very good already, so I expect little gains in that department
- I do suffer from turtling, which is counterproductive for gains as I understand

My current routine is:
- 5 min warm up with rice sock
- 5 min stretching (5 ways)
- 20 min overhand jelqing (10 min wet and 10 min dry)
- I don’t do warming at the end of my routine for the moment as I do not immediately see the point of it

I’ll expand to 30 min jelking over the next couple of weeks.

My starting stats:
BPEL: 6.9
NBEL: 6.1
MEG: 5.3
BEG: 6.1

These measurement are the very best readings I could get, to make sure that any gains I measure are not the result of measurement ‘mistakes’.

My goal is:
BPEL: 8.1
NBPEL: 7.5
MEG: 6.0

I don’t want to put a timeframe in reaching these goals as I expect to be a slow gainer and to avoid losing motivation by overambition. I’ll be measuring every month.

My motivation to do this is mostly that I want a member that is more proportionate to my body size. I’m 6ft 4in, and although I’m ‘average’ it looks a bit smallish on a guy like me.

So far for my introduction. Feel free to comment if you like.

First measurement after 1 month, and I noticed 0,1 extra MEG and 0,1 BEG. I did not gain any length though, which is my main goal (any girth gains that come along the way are welcome though). Overall, my penis feels more firm, both flaccid and erect.

Would you recommend any changes to my routine to target length gains? Should I increase stretching time? Or just continue my current routine and be patient?

- I have a LOT of 6.
- I suffer from snapping turtle…my dick turtles and I snap.
- My EQ is not good but that is because of ED due to BPH.

When I first started, I had the top two and no ED issues and I gained 1/4” in my first 6 weeks. My second go around I gained 1/4” in the first month so your theory on why you would be a slow gainer did not apply to me. We are all different so I’m not saying you could be a fast gainer if you changed your routine but you also might be hurting your gains by over exercising. Read the PI thread and watch for the indicators to help determine the intensity/length of your routine.

Be consistent and work on your technique because quality is better than quantity in PE.

My opinion for what it is worth, I would add more stretching and tone down on the jelqing a bit. If you are doing them right, then I believe you are overworking your penis which can hurt gains. I barely get through 10 minutes of jelqing before my penis has had enough. If you toughen your penis too quickly, you will guarantee that you will be a slow gainer.

Pre PE: 5/8/04 BPEL 6.25" EG 5"

Goal: BPEL 7.5" EG 5.5"

Thanks, I will give those recommendations a try. They make sense to me and I was inclined to do so anyway, but I was a bit unsure as I read that you should stick to the newbie routine as closely as possible (which say 400 jelks by week 4, which takes me 25 min).

It does and I got up to 300 before dropping back down to 200. I now sit anywhere between 150 - 200 jelqs which seems to work for me.

Routine, Pics

I changed my routine to:

- 5 min warm up with rice sock
- 10 min stretching (4 x 30 sec down, up, left, right and forward
- 5 min warming
- 10 min jelking

Let’s see how this turns out.

Seems like my new routine is giving me some quick gains after all! Gained 0.2 in only a week. I’m officially 7.1 now!

Thanks for the advice, Craven!
