My penis shrinks minutes after jelq session

I get somewhat more erect then 50% needed for length jelq, and then I jelq. After PE sessions. Immediately after jelq session my penis looks thicker and longer, “well hung”, but that’s only for a few minutes after jelqing. After warm down wrap it shrinks and/or few minutes followed by some contractions.

Note. When I first started the routine after jelq session . My penis looks thicker and longer, “well hung” all day.

Anybody can help me!

Corn81 I’m not an expert but here is my opinion you joined this month according to your profile , so I am going to assume you just started , with the initial shock of doing something to your penis that you have never done before the trauma you put on your penis initially by jelqing shocked it, therefor hung fuller for a longer period of time . Now that doesn’t mean do more, your penis has adapted some to your routine. Now also you mentioned it was contracting some which is also a sign of over doing it . You probably got over excited because of the initial response and figured more is better . I could be wrong but those are my thoughts, just stick to what you was doing in the beginning don’t rush it.

I would say you’re working it too hard. Have you changed anything in your routine?

It will be shorter than your normal flaccid hang. Some call it turtling. Kinda like when its cold outside, but its not cold outside.

So your routine hasn’t changed, but how often do you take a rest day? Your symptoms are signs of going overboard one way or another.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I agree on the most things said before. The thing I want to add is that I had the same problem at the beginning, but it kinda went by on his own with the time. The other thing I have noticed is that drinking water ensures better condition for my dick.

Ok. I never had that problem. I’m in my 3rd week and I’ve length and girth already.

I do 2days on & 1day off.

You won’t like this, but try it anyway. Take a week off and then start up again being careful to stick to a moderate routine.

I have been doing PE for a long time and taking a break never hurts, but always helps.

I know I’m probably going to create a debate here but in my opinion if your getting gains from what your doing even with the retraction your getting, then you could see some significant additional gains from using an ADS to combat the retraction.

Taking days off is allowing the body to repair and strengthen the stressed tissues and only creates problems in perpetuating gains. In effect causing you to have to start over in trying to produce gains again. Now much of this is determined by your general health in that if your not at the peak of your health then taking a day off may not allow the body to catch up with the total healing necessary to complete a healing cycle. Taking a day off here and there will effectively do nothing but lengthen the time to reach your goal.

Turtling in an indication of effective stressing. Disallowing turtling prevents healing in the retracted state which accelerates gains.

I’m taking medication for my health issue. So with my health issue it is not a good idea to take days off, So do you think a ADS well help more?

Most definitely, you’ll see results right away and the longer you use one the longer the affect will last. If you use an ADS for say several weeks and then stop your unit will retain the relaxed flaccid condition for quite a while before you see it retracting again but an occasional re-use of the ADS will being the relaxation back and then your good to go again.

Your health issue shouldn’t be affected one way or the other concerning days off. An ADS is a non-consequential tool that really doesn’t produce any stress to your body overall, just to the ligaments and tunica but in a very light way. I think if you try one you’ll be glad you did and enjoy the feeling of hanging a long flaccid. It’ll kind of give you a swagger. :D
