My penis problem, possible PE starter pump purchased

Okay, here goes. I’ve been embarrassed about my penis size for years, and finally want to do something about it.

Aside from being relatively small (5.7”x5.5”), I’ve got an issue of premature ejaculation (very severe, as in ejaculating even with a condom within 10 seconds. :O), and erectile dysfunction. That is to say that whereas I used to be able to get an erection just by looking at a woman, I have a lot of trouble getting one, and it deflates very quickly now. It also isn’t as hard or as big at full erection (there are plenty of times when my penis won’t get bigger than 5”x5”) I understand I’m getting older (I’m now 24yrs old), but even so!

I haven’t lived particularly healthily (poor diet through my university years) and I don’t exercise much, so this is something I’m changing with immediate effect. I am going to eat healthily and start the gym.

I’ve bought a cheap pumping device from a online stop, along with a couple of cock rings, to see if I can determine if my problems are of a physiological nature or are merely psychological.

If the problem is physiological are there are treatment methods?

Two indicators of possible problems:

1- my penis curves upwards quite a lot. It measures 5.7” from the front, but around 7” from the back (though obviously this does not count). Can I straighten it out?

2- My erection goes quite quickly, and my it is not as hard. This is noticeable because the head of my penis used to get very shiny and hard as it was fully engorged. This only happens if I now squeeze around my penis with my hand, as if I am giving it that final bit of blood.

3- I notice that lots of the time when I’m sitting down, my ass, the region between my legs including my penis can get quite numb, like pins and needles. Has this any relevance?

5- I have quite bad anal fissures as a result of constipation (which is probably a result of my poor diet!). This can lead to some painful spasms.

I would discourage from using cheap pumps; a good pump with a gauge and some reading could be a good idea in your case. The curve is not related with your EQ problems, the other points probably are. You can straighten your penis a bit, but don’t expecti miracles; as long penetration is not painful I wouldn’t make a big deal of it.

I don’t know what you mean with ‘anal fissures’ exactly, anyway what I’m getting from your post is that you need a radical change in your lifestyle and probably a blood check.

Anal fissure is a tear in the asshole. Not very nice. Feels like I’m shitting broken glass. :/

You mean hemorroids? They can definitely have an impact on EQ. Probably you sit too long too, you should try to not sit for more than 45 minutes straight, take a few minutes pause standing.

For the pump, you really need to buy a gauge. Anyway I would forget the pump right now and start from the newbie routine.

I definitely sit for far too long, for many hours at a time! Even short periods can do this though. :)

Way back when there were dinosaurs, I started my pumping career with the same type of pump. It is good enough to let you know if you will like pumping enough to get more serious about it. If you do, your current pump will probably be pretty worn out and useless so you will forced to upgrade to a better system with a gauge. A professional style pump will last for a very long time and is worth the investment.

Don’t worry about straightening your penis for now. Get healthy by improving your diet and exercising and that will make radical changes in the way you feel and look. So take about 2 months to recover form your bad habits and take it from there.

Are there any systems you would recommend the investment into?

Also, as an experienced user of them, do they really help you get better and bigger erections?

Joining a local gym tomorrow. Taking all my spare money for the next couple terms, but I hope it is worth it. :)

In regards diet, I am cancelling all alcohol. My diet is usually only salami, chorizo, pizza and other cheap food. I will start eating vegetables and cancel out Mcdonalds. :)

Either way the pump is in the post and I guess I can’t return it, so I’ll try it out at some point. I shall focus on the Newbie routine first though.

So it is:

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

For the hot wrap I will do the sock and fill with rice method.

5 minutes manual stretch seems okayish. How hard should I stretch? I don’t want to go too far!

10 minutes jelqing seems more challenging.

I shall start tomorrow! :)

The purpose of me having bought the pump is that I can try and get my maximum erection to make sure I don’t have a physiological problem. I don’t intend on using it constantly (unless it properly works!)

Thanks for the well wishes, here’s hoping this works and isn’t a scam, I could really do with the confidence boost.

PE works, it takes dedication and time.

You will gain confidence as you see gains and hopefully increases in your EQ and staying power as your unit gets used to being handled constantly.
