So, this is my first message and thread on this forum. First, I will say that what this site provides is invaluable, and that I applaud all the members that post their stories of PE. I hope it’s posted in the right forum, and if it isn’t I’m sorry, it’s here with the best of intentions.

I heard of jelqing through sheer luck when reading an article on another site. I’ve always wanted a bigger penis, and the thought that I could manually enlarge my member was very appealing. But, I have a very bad personality trait; I’m not a disciplined person at all. I’m a musician and I practice guitar up towards 12 hours a day if I’m up to it, but other days I won’t touch the thing. This applies to everything I do, when I feel like it, I will emerge myself completely for hours or even days, but when I don’t feel like it, I’ll just sit on the couch and drink coffee. On top of this, it’s extremely hard for me to follow any kind of routine. Really, no matter what it’s been, I haven’t been able to keep up any kind of regularity in any way, shape or form in any aspect of my life.

Anyway, I tried jelqing along with some half-assed stretches following a routine - also half-assed. Guess what; for two months I saw no gains. My dick was still in between 15 and 16 cm BP on the ruler. This didn’t really put me off in any way - from what I had read, it really seemed manual PE was possible, and I blamed my poor work ethic.

Then, while browsing Thunder’s I read Bib’s LOT-theory, and into my head sprung the idea of doing no jelqing, and instead focusing entirely on stretching the ligaments. This was three weeks ago.

Since then, my routine’s been very simple: I take a bath everyday, warm up my penis with the shower until it feels elastic and workable, then I stretch down in an angle were I only can feel the stretch in the ligaments (as recommended). I pull the penis lightly so that it’s at it’s maximum natural length, and then I pull a little further than that 10 times, each pull lasting no more than 1 second. Then I reheat and do it again and again until the ligaments feel worked - not sore, but worked. If they are sore the next day, I know I’ve been too rough and take the day off.

That simple. I don’t know how many times I do it, or how many piss-pulls I do beside that. I haven’t written anything down - I’m just going with the “ligs-are-now-worked”-feeling, and that’s it.

Again, this is about as much structure as I can handle right now, and I know it’s not a permanent solution if I want to continue seeing gains, but at the moment, I AM seeing gains. Before starting the only-stretching-ligs routine, my penis was between 15 and 16 cm BP on the ruler. Now it’s between 16 and 17, and approaching 17. Again, that’s in three weeks.

That’s a difference. It’s not just a difference I can measure, it’s also one that I can see. The feeling I get, when I know I can do something so half-assed, and with so little effort and still see gains, is amazing.

Anyway, I’d recommend anybody new to PE who like me is über-bad at following a routine, to try out what I’m doing. If it doesn’t work, I’m sorry, and you should probably try out a more structured approach. I for one know that when I stop gaining from this less-than-ideal routine, I’ll have the confidence to try disciplining myself towards are more structured one. But until them, I’m just happy it’s working. :)

PS: I’ve been doing kegels for quite a few months now, and I’ve been doing fowzers when I feel like it (IE: Half-assed.) :)

Normally I would recommend adding in some jelqs but you have gained doing what you are doing so have at it.

By the way.are you doing downward stretches? I heard those are the best, just want your opinion.

I agree 100% with your assessment. I didn’t gain for the first two weeks when I focused on jelqing. After I started focusing on hanging, ADS, and manual stretches I’ve had some amazing gains. I still do light jelqing just for the EQ benefits.

Same here, after 5 months of returning to PE without any gains I started adding stretches to my routine a month ago and the gains have started to appear again.

5 minutes of stretches and a short jelqing session. I’m sticking to that. I gained around .5-.75 cm this last month only.

How long have you been doing PE and what kind of ADS do you have?

I do something similar like you do. I`m from de spanish forum. I don´t understand any words, but I understand the message. It`s good for you. Continue like this. I just have here about five months.

I’ve been PEing since about March 19th. I use a shunga roll for my ADS. My first measurement was 6” bpel. I measured a week ago and I was 6.5” bpel and all of that has come since I started stretching, hanging, and using an ADS.

First let me say I’m a total noob.I just joined the forums yesterday. Can you please explain these stretches you’re talking about. I have just started jelqing but think I am interested in stretching as well. Also I don’t fully understand the terminology like ADS, manual stretching, hanging, ect. Could someone please point me in the right direction.

Damn dude, nice gains, I’m starting PE seriously and thinking of adding your stretch routine to my jelqing, thanks for the advice, approximately how long does it usually take for you to feel the ligaments have been worked?
