Hey guys this is my routine it takes about 2-3 hours to finish it because I usually have a slippery grip sometimes.

Reverse bundle stretch for 2 minutes

10 V stretches

5 sets of these

700 jelqs with a 1 minute compressed squeeze every 100 jelqs

I do a shower for warm up first

How often should I measure because last time I measured I gained about .25 inches in a month but now it seems that I am not gaining at all but that is because I did not measure at FULL 100% erection. What else should I add to my routine?

I don;t have a rest day. I might consider adding one but not sure if I should because DLD never had a rest day

From when do you PE? For a beginner is huuge time :) I think.

I think 2-3 hours is to much. When you say 5 sets of these, is that the jelqs or stretches?

As for rest days, It’s up to you. Experiment for a few weeks to see how your dick copes. Iv tried lots of different on/off days and find that for stretching/hanging everyday is best and for jelqing 5 days on 2 days off works best.

You can use toilet paper, latex gloves or baby powder to get a better stretching grip.

2-3 hours is a lot, particularly for manual exercises. I would advise you to keep track of your PIs, as you are most likely over-training.
