My own routine
Hey guys this is my routine it takes about 2-3 hours to finish it because I usually have a slippery grip sometimes.
Reverse bundle stretch for 2 minutes
10 V stretches
5 sets of these
700 jelqs with a 1 minute compressed squeeze every 100 jelqs
I do a shower for warm up first
How often should I measure because last time I measured I gained about .25 inches in a month but now it seems that I am not gaining at all but that is because I did not measure at FULL 100% erection. What else should I add to my routine?
