My own noobie routine and critique.
I have found lately that a small mix of a few jelq motions and kegels are starting to have an effect so I decided to go at it a little stronger.
I was thinking about jelqing each morning for 5-10 minutes(no stretching) Just pure wet jelq for 5-10 minutes every morning and continue my 50-100 kegels also.
The 5-10 minute jelqing in the morning would be extremely convenient because I am in the show. The hot water would also serve as a hot wrap for loosing up a minute or two before jelqing.
So, 5-10 min. Jelq, 50-100 kegels everyday.. What do yall think my outcome will be?
Also, could yall give me a brief summery on what jelqs do?? Don’t they just make small tears like stretching and also make veins bigger for more blood flow?
