MY Newbie Training Linear Routine goals
Yo board, I’m going to bust out the newbie linear routine for 3 months and use this to log my progress. I’m also doing rippletoes and seeing great strength/gains success there, so hopefully that will carry over to my cock. I hopefully won’t gain too much girth.

I’m starting with 5-10 minute warmup of rice microwave heater thing
5-10 cooldown warming
Going 2 on 1 off 1 on 1 off and repeating. Adding 10 jelqs after every 3 or should it be 4 workouts not really a quitter, so hopefully in 3 months I’ll at least hit my short term goal.
I’ve never done PE before; if anyone sees anything I’m missing or more I should measure, please add feedback. Thanks!
