MY Newbie Training Linear Routine goals

Yo board, I’m going to bust out the newbie linear routine for 3 months and use this to log my progress. I’m also doing rippletoes and seeing great strength/gains success there, so hopefully that will carry over to my cock. I hopefully won’t gain too much girth.

NOV 06/09
BPEL-7.1”
EL-6.6”

Short term goal

Long term goal

I’m starting with 5-10 minute warmup of rice microwave heater thing

20 jelqs
5-10 cooldown warming

Going 2 on 1 off 1 on 1 off and repeating. Adding 10 jelqs after every 3 or should it be 4 workouts not really a quitter, so hopefully in 3 months I’ll at least hit my short term goal.

I’ve never done PE before; if anyone sees anything I’m missing or more I should measure, please add feedback. Thanks!

If you are going for length, you really should add some stretches. Five minutes to start with. I think manual stretching is a great and easy exercise and should really help. You may also want to do an Ace bandage wrap a few hours a day to extend your unit during the healing time.

I think I already overworked my dick though, lol. I only did 20x1 20x1 for two days with plenty of heating up/massaging beforehand at about 50-60% erection

I think it was just first day kind of overworking. I had morning wood. I’ll probably take another day off though after today just to be safe and stay on 20 for a few more sessions before going further.

At 28 jelqs and still have positive PIs or whatever they called. Everything’s going good so far.
