My Newbie question
Hi .. I have just started PE exercises .. My routine is
60 seconds warmup wrap
10 counts of stretch on each side.
50 jelqs - 3 second strokes.
After 50th jelq squeeze the base till the veins on my dick become prominant.. Bout 10-15 seconds
A bit of slapping on the penis .
10 kegels
60 seconds wrap
Firstly I want to ask am I doing the correct routine or should there be some changes.. And also what are the signs stating my technique is correct.
I try keep my penis at about 80 % erection maximum(very rare) , normally bout 60-70 % . If it more erect then I stop for some time.
And while performing jelqs as I am kind of squeezing my upper and lower veins I can sort of feel a rush of blood at my pelvis area .. Is that how it should be ??
Also could you tell me if this routine would give me more girth or length as I am looking for both but in a 70%-30% length-girth gain ratio.( I want more length than girth) .
Also right now my penis is 7.5 in erect 6.0 girth. So what is a possible achievable target. I am actually aiming at 9.0+ and girth bout 6.5-7.0, please tell me if this is achievable . I am 24 years old . I have thin built, but my BMI is ok . So based on these facts could anyone enlighten me bit more on this.
