My newbie experience
Hi, I registered a long time ago but never did PE until 11 weeks ago. I started a little under 6.5 BPEL and also little under 5.25 NBPEL, and I was that length until about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Now I’m about 7.1-7.2 BPEL and 5.75 to 5.9 NBPEL. Some things to note about my gains and changes in my routine in the last month are: I was not doing stretches correctly (I was grabbing too much skin and not high enough up), my jelq was a little off (didn’t have the best timing when alternating my hands), I am doing higher erections jelqs than before (about 40-70 now opposed to low erection jelqs at 10%-20% for the first month and a half), I am working my PC usually after my workout and cool down are finished, and lastly and probably most importantly about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks ago I introduced fowfers to my daily life.
My PE workout started at 5 minutes stretching every other day , Jelqing 5 minutes every other day, kegels every other day, and I did this routine for about 2 weeks. After two weeks I jelqed 2 days on 1 day off for 5 minutes, stretched 7 days a week for 5 minutes, and kegeled every other day. Every two weeks I increased my time about 1-2 minutes.
My recent routine has changed to stretching 6 days a week with one day off for about 13-15 minutes, Jelqing 2 days on and 1 day off for 13 minutes, and kegeling 10 minutes of 5 second holds and 10 minutes at as long as I can holds.
I have to say there are so many explanations to why I just started getting gains that it is impossible to point my finger at one thing but personally I think it was fowfers, but my gains could be from starting very slowly and slowly getting gains as well, and my gains could come from correcting my stretches which is a very big deal of course.
Things to note for any newbies: Make sure you are stretching correctly, make sure that when your alternating on jelqs that you feel the blood coming when you start your new jelq, add fowfers after a month and half or two ( I really think they helped a lot!), and my biggest tip is don’t let PE interfere with your life. What I mean is don’t change too many things that PE interferes with your life such as giving up coffee or not drinking a cup when you need it and another big one is not going out or missing out on spending time with people in your life. I say all of this and the main point is don’t let it fuck with your life because if you want the benefit of PE, then your in it for life, and if you try to change your life for the worse, then you will hate PE and not continue with it, but also make sure that your keeping up with your routine. I’ve made sure to find a way to do my routine everyday.somehow.
Lastly, for the people that know a lot about the PE and PE theory some things that may be different about me is that I drink a half of a lemon before I go to bed and when I wake up, I usually do cardio after a workout, 98% of the time I have never had sex or masturbated within 2 hours of before or after my workouts, I drink caffeine every day and sometimes before workouts but almost never after, and I have been on a low calorie diet since I’ve started PE between 1400-1900 everyday for 3 months.
