My new Goal

My new Goal

Don’t ask me why I am posting this…..I guess I just need to affirm that this is what I am going for. Or, possibly just to get it off my chest.

My short term goal is to consistently measure a BPEL of 8”.

Long term I am shoo ting for 8.5” NPEL and 9” BPEL. Girth: I am goin for a final number of 6.5”.

Current stats are: BPEL 7.75” and 6” Girth ( I can get this up to 6.25” with clamping)

Starting stats as of Nov. 07’ were: BPEL 6.875” and 5.75” in girth.

I have been doing more stretching and tunica stretches and less girth work. I have a basic newbie routine but the majority of stretchng has been straight up (to hit the tunica)

For some reason I have been getting incredible lig stretches recently…….I can only strecth lilke every 3 days due to soreness. I have to listen to my body and try do to overdo it.

I think it was mentioned in the LOT theory that stretching upwards would raise you LOT number, giving better lig stretch. But many think the theory is
without merit… But who knows?

I wish you goodluck with your new goals. Looks like you have made it pass a few goals with the great gains you have had, so you should have no trouble
meeting this one.
