My new and first routine

Hi guys, my first PE routine is as follows:

Warmup in shower
Few minutes of stretching,
Between 40-60 DRY jelqs,
Few more stretches, and
Last the cool down.

I’ve read that dry jelqs help gain more girth than length, what advice do any regulars have on how to tweak my routine for the best results.

9/18/08 BPEL: 6.5" Girth: 4.5"

First Goal BPEL: 7" Girth: 5"

Final Goal BPEL: 8" Girth: 6"

I would do more jelqs, I think 40-60 isn’t enough even if you are just beginning. Also try wet jelqs.

Try the newbie routine. I believe in using a rice sock to heat as you do not have to be in the shower. Stretching is very important, I would stretch for AT LEAST 5 minutes. I feel you should jelq more than which you have stated. I decided to jelq for 20 minutes instead of for a number of jelqs because I would lose count or not pay attention or for whatever reason.

Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

Same here, I cannot cout jelqs I have to do it by time.

Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.
