My LOT is 6. please help me.

Hi,
I’ve just found out my LOT is at 6. I’m so dis-appointed and de-motivated. I’m wondering how much effort will I have to put to get a length gain of 2 inches in an year.
Please can any expert recommend me a good schedule to achieve this.

I’m not an expert but I from what I have read you should target the tunica. It would be best to do aggressive V-stretches followed by ADS at high angles, I have a low LOT & I do 4 sets of 20 second V-Stretches targeting the base, middle, & top of the tunica & then I use a traction device (with a suckxtender modification which allows me to go many hours), I suggest 3 hours of traction.

LOT is just a theory. If you are new to PE, start out with the newbie routine.

The Newbie Routine:

1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day REST.

Being that your LOT is at 6, MartinC is right - you are going to need to work the tunica. Essentially, stretching straight up. As you become more advanced, you should get into A-stretches and V-stretches. Lastly, many members here have made some really nice gains with a low LOT, so do not be discouraged!

I'm pissed of with my gains and loses. I've been doing this for more than 4 years. I keep measuring wrong and the next time I update my signature you will see impressive results.

1) when doing V-stretches, how much effort should I put in two directions. Is it the maximum my dick can handle? If that is the case I’m in trouble b because my dick can’t withstand that force more than 3 seconds.
Specifically what are “aggressive V-stretches”?

2) what is ADS. Is it essential for gains?

With aggressive I meant as much tension as possible on the tunica, but least possible on the head of course.

If you just started out take it slow, you will be able to take more tension as your penis becomes better conditioned.

ADS<-Hover your mouse above this word. I think a traction device is the only device for high angle stretching.

It makes sense to me that short amounts of aggressive stretches followed by long amounts of light stretching will lead to optimal gains.

Disappointment? Lack of motivation? Forget that! I also have low LOT. With newbie routine (stretches in all angles, and even focusing more at low angles!) I gain 0,4 inch in first month of exercises. Remember - it’s only theory, give your dick chance to surprise you..

LOT is just a theory.

When I first started my LOT was like 12. A few days later it was 6.

I have the AndroPenis ADS traction device. I tend to wear it at the 12 o’clock position, just like the manual and video suggest.

LOT seems to change for all kinds of reasons, even if you are simply tense from a long day.
