I’m don Newbie routine now 5weeks when I’m done 9 nine weeks this is over. And I’m thinking do start hanging and follow this hanging routine-> Hanging 101 + Sample Routine and I tink sizemaister routine is too shocking for me now. So can you friendly tell me some good girth routine, what is good when I following that bibs routine same time?.

First finish the newbie routine but then you could start clamping and adding hoses and ulis to your routine.

Why to stop after 9 weeks. After that little period you’ll gonna lose all your gains, if you have got some.
