My little experience with no gains. My question.
Hey there I need some help. It has been nearly 9 weeks I do PE with the following routine from the 3 week ir so, 5 days a week:
-5-10 warmup with rice sock
-14 to 16 min streth (all direction and repeat with SD and both sides down, then a couple of V stretch and then 3 fulcum) each of 50 s.
-7 min dry jelq like 50 to 70% erection.
-8 min wet jelq like 60 to 80% erection.
-I squeeze 15 times when I get erect then let it subside till I go back to 60 or 70%. I do this like 3 to 4 times in my workouts.
-I got an inguinal hernia that doesnt disturb. I just feel some discofort when doing fulcrum on the side where it is.
-I haven’t seen any gains. Maybe a little bit of girth but it is hard to tell.
-My PI are good, I get good erections and get erection at night.
-I use a Penis enlargement cream twice a day that I will stop using soon since it will be finnished.
My question is: How do I know if I am maybe a more is more PErs and I havent reach the point of intensity that my penis requires to grow or maybe I have been overtraining even if my PI are Ok?
Can you guys tell me another routine to follow? I am looking for length and I am just lookign forward to seeing 1,5 cm (like half an inch) of extra length and believe in this and stop being sketical. I am now like 6 x 5 inches.
I have been thinking of redicing the squeezes and considering buying a Bib Starter. When I get money I would buy a good extender since it will be useful when I travel.
Manual Pe takes a lot of time since I have to wait till my erection goes down. that is why an extender or hanging woulg be best. hanging you can study with SD or chat with BTC. Can I consider those methods already?
