My little experience with no gains. My question.

Hey there I need some help. It has been nearly 9 weeks I do PE with the following routine from the 3 week ir so, 5 days a week:
-5-10 warmup with rice sock
-14 to 16 min streth (all direction and repeat with SD and both sides down, then a couple of V stretch and then 3 fulcum) each of 50 s.
-7 min dry jelq like 50 to 70% erection.
-8 min wet jelq like 60 to 80% erection.
-I squeeze 15 times when I get erect then let it subside till I go back to 60 or 70%. I do this like 3 to 4 times in my workouts.
-hot shower.

Observation:
-I got an inguinal hernia that doesnt disturb. I just feel some discofort when doing fulcrum on the side where it is.
-I haven’t seen any gains. Maybe a little bit of girth but it is hard to tell.
-My PI are good, I get good erections and get erection at night.
-I use a Penis enlargement cream twice a day that I will stop using soon since it will be finnished.

My question is: How do I know if I am maybe a more is more PErs and I havent reach the point of intensity that my penis requires to grow or maybe I have been overtraining even if my PI are Ok?

Can you guys tell me another routine to follow? I am looking for length and I am just lookign forward to seeing 1,5 cm (like half an inch) of extra length and believe in this and stop being sketical. I am now like 6 x 5 inches.
I have been thinking of redicing the squeezes and considering buying a Bib Starter. When I get money I would buy a good extender since it will be useful when I travel.
Manual Pe takes a lot of time since I have to wait till my erection goes down. that is why an extender or hanging woulg be best. hanging you can study with SD or chat with BTC. Can I consider those methods already?

If your PI’s are good, you probably aren’t overtraining. But there’s no way to tell for sure except to experiment.

That should be enough of a workout to get some gains. Stay with it, be patient, you could be getting small gains already that will add up over a year. PE works for about 98% of guys who continue it, you’ve just got to find some routine that works for you. You can try making changes to your current routine - modify your jelq technique, change erection levels while jelqing, change force levels for stretching and jelqing, change up workout length and frequency.

You could try hanging or extending too, it’s not too early to try that if manual PE isn’t working. Just do your research and start gradually. Check out cheap ADS you can make at home if you don’t want to pay for an extender.

Can’t imagine you are over training if you haven’t gained anything and your erections are still good.

First things, get a tailors tape and get an exact girth measurement and use a ruler to get other measurements. Don’t forget NBPEL, wish I had done that when I began.

Try to play with the reps and time, and find out if you’re a more is more guy. This is the time to experiment so you can maximize your gains from now on!

-Bearded dragon. Where is that 98 % from? Penis extender companies ensure their product works in 97 % of men. How is possible to find that out?

-Yoshi 44. Its true. I’m gona have to measure accurately. Today I measured with a tailor tape and it showed nearly 16 cm instead of 15 in length. Its like tailor tape show s a bit more as it isn’t as straight as the ruler. I will from now measure with both things.

-MisterN. I will do that. However I can’t invest more than 1h. I will increase intensity. But my penis gets tired already with all squeezes.

I will from now stretch in rest days too so my penis will be ready for hanging or extender and i will increase some intensity.

Thanks. I will increase some intensity in all exercises. To be honest PE feels good and EQ is good. I feel my penis to be stronger. I will keep this routine for one more month. I will always stretch once per day now. Then I get used to a future hanging or extender routine. I will post here some news. Thank y’all

Out of all members who posted stats with at least 2 months of PE, about 98% of them reported gaining. Note that doesn’t mean that 98% had gains at the 2 month mark. Many of them went on to PE for years. But by the last data point they entered, whether it was at 2 months or at 10 years, about 98% had gained. Out of those 2% who don’t gain, I think half of them just give up too early, and the other half legitimately couldn’t gain.

I don’t think there is somebody who can’t gain at all. We all are the same spece and got the same tissues. Is like u go to the gym and gained nothing over the years. If u do a good diet is not possible. Ofc some ppl have a better base body and this are even more likely to gain even better.

I think is about finding the good intensity for minimum amount of time.

If your erections are good, like everyone else has been saying, I don’t think you’re overtraining.. If overtraining is defined by your erection quality. I’m no expert. Not by a long shot. I’ve only been doing consistently for a short period of time. But I used to be a very active bodybuilder. Yes, I know, two different types of muscles. But, I gained 1/2” in a relatively short period of time. I was very successful as a bodybuilder getting as much rest as possible and ate for my muscle growth. I stick to the basic routine and haven’t increased the time by more than 2 minutes. I don’t go more than 28 minutes a day (when I train). Instead of feeding the body for muscle growth, I feed the body for “muscle” growth. That’s choline, saw palmetto, horny goat weed, and a multi-vitamin. These supplements keep the blood flowing down in the southern regions. When I was into bodybuilding, I used to take an iron pill to keep the blood rich. I haven’t done that, but my multi-vitamin has it.

Then again.. I’m so new here.. What works for me might not work for you. Seasoned vets have been saying to experiment. I’m a big fan of safe experimentation.

Thanks jnewbie. I would consider supplement my diet if I worked. I will leave for the future.

I think I will take more days off of jelqing and squeezing. But I will stretch almost everyday. Is that OK sta kool?
