My left hand is broken. Now what?
Is there any idea on how to continue my jelqing routine? I can’t use my left hand for a month and I don’t want to take a month break.

Really. The only possible downside would be using the sensible thumb and two-fingers grip I recommend instead of the dangerous OK grip, in which case you could end up with a right curvature.

Hello Tom, could you please explain more about your grip recommendation? You say that the standard OK grip is dangerous?
