Ok just a few more noob questions before I get this down!

First: Dry Jelq possible if a mans circumcised? Would you still need a warm up?

Second: Stretching. I stretch forward, down, up, left, right, holding one inch from gland, pulling till skin is tight. This seems to be doing nothing. Should I kegel while doing it? Pull harder? Lol I don’t know!~

Third: I shrivel after exercises! After jelqing, Mr. Happy goes into hiding and I don’t see him for awhile. Something wrong? Or is that normal for noobs. Do I jelq up or down or does it not matter.

Forth and last: hows my routines.

5 min warm water warm up
Stretching as above
5min jelq period, 2,3 second jelqs each.
Warm down in shower.

Also, does anyone have any good dry jelq tutorials? I saw the one here but I still don’t get it.

1 Yes and not necessarily
2 Just stretch with medium force. This is the best way to stretch.
3 This is called turtling and not uncommon among PE’ers.
4 Looks good, use that routine until you stop gaining
5 Take a look at the video series, a good demonstration can be found there

1) Yes its possible, and yes warm up is still recommended.
2) Stretch just enough to feel a good pull on the ligs. If you stretch too hard, you’ll be doing more bad than good.
3) If you turtle after a session you could be overdoing it, either too much time or too much pressure. So relax and take it easy, you don’t want to get injured do you?
4) Your routine looks fine, but I would do 10 minutes of jelqs as per the newbie routine.
5) What part don’t you understand specifically? On a dry jelq the skin moves with the stroke, whereas on a wet jelq, your fingers slide OVER the skin.

So in dry jelqing, you just pull on the skin with the motion of wet jelqing?
