My journey so far(NEWBIE) - feedback appreciated!

Hello PE comrades!

I have now been exercising my penis for 5 months. My focus has been learning the movements, improving technique and slowly ramping up the duration/time. I began with the newbie routine and still doing it today, 2 on/1off. Now when I’ve hit 10 min manual stretching and 20 min jelqing I do 1 ON/ 1 OFF for 4 weeks, then I will switch to 2 ON/1 OFF for another 4 weeks, then increase the stretching and jelqing time and do 1 ON/1 OFF again etc.

I started with:
2 ON/1 OFF
- 10 min warm up
- manual stretch (5 ea direction, 30 sec)
- 5 min jelqing
- 5-10 min warm down
- 50x5 second kegels

I did this for 1 month, then on the 2nd month I increased the jelqing time to 10 min and started to add 1 stretch per week.
2 ON/1 OFF
- 10 min warm up
- manual stretch (6 ea direction, adding 1 per week)
- 10 min jelqing
- 5-10 min warm down
- 50x5 second kegels

3rd month I started to increase jelqing time by 1 min per week and keep increasing 1 stretch per week. When I reached 20 min jelqing time and 10 min stretching I went from 2 ON/1 OFF to 1 ON/1 OFF.

1 ON / 1 OFF
- 10 min warm up
- 10 min manual stretching
- 20 min jelqing
- 5-10 min warm down
- 15x10 second kegels (about to switch to 10x15 seconds). I do long holds nowadays.

My plan is to do this for 4 weeks, then when I hit 6 months time I will do 2 on/1 off same routine for another 4 weeks. Then increase jelqing time to 25 min and manual stretching with + 5 mins OR add BTC stretch combined with my current 10 min of manual stretches and go back to 1 ON/1 OFF for another 4 weeks, then switch to 2 ON/1 OFF for 4 weeks. Then add jelqing time to 30 minutes and 15-20 min of manual stretching and go back to 1 ON/1 OFF and do that for 4 weeks, then I will consider myself properly conditioned and I will try find a more ”advanced routine” to try. Does my way of thinking sound good?

Basically my key words which I try to follow is; safety, patience, technique, consistency. I am safely and slowly increasing the duration of my newbie routine in other words. Because I am in this for the long run and I feel like taking the slowly and safely path will both keep me from injuring myself and perhaps cementing the gains a little down the road.

Starting stats:
BPEL: (6”), 15.3 cm
NBPEL: (5.5”), 14cm
MEG: (4.92”), 12.5 cm
BG: (5.5”), 14 cm

Now (month 5-6)
BPEL: (6.3”), 16 cm
NBPEL: (5.75”),14.6 cm
MEG: (5”), 12.7
BG: (5.9”), 15

As you can see, no huge gains and I think my gains so far could be EQ gain and not actual gain. Since I started I have had improved/stronger erections. I hope manual PE will give me more gains, but in the future I will probably look into hanging or something because my goals are ambitious. My dream is to reach atleast 7” length and 5.5+” Girth. Which means a total of 1.5” length x 0.6” girth gain from my beginning stats. Ambitious, but hopefully realistic.

Sorry for the ”bible” guys, would really appreciate some feedback and tips!

Congrats on your gains in the past 6 months, you say they are small; I say they are a great beginning, even if only EQ.
Personally, I would consider your measurements after the 1st month of PE to be your starting size. This is because its pretty much just “fluffing”; beginning PE can have a noticeable but temporary effect on increasing size; this goes after perhaps even just 3 days off even a couple of months in, from my experience. Continuing a routine, hoping for measurements i would definitely say take your 1 month measurement as a starting guide and work from there, measuring only once per month. This will not skew your future results (if you do gain size) by giving more gains than you really got from the fluffing and EQ, if what i just said makes sense. Just my 0.02$ on the subject :)

Those are actually very good gains.

If I was you I would jump straight into hanging and or extending.
This is because the longer you wait the stronger your penis will become and thus tougher to stretch.
Take it slow, ride the fatigue, and elongate your member

When I initially began hanging I started with as little as 400g, about a month later I’m up to 4kg and have seen the ligs at my base explode out
Adding power to the overall aesthetic
I have seen a length gain of 0.25”
Both measurements 100% EQ from previous jelqing, AM and squeezes

I hear you my man! But can’t this be solved by going on a ”decondition” break before starting a hanging or extender routine? My plan has always been to milk out as much gains as I possibly can with manual exercising before diving into devices.

In theory you can milk forever and never need devices

Devices have there place, if used cautiously and maturely as to not overtrain

I hear you man. But I don’t use very high intensity in my workouts, more like light stretching and medium light jelqing grip, to exactly as you said, not strengthen my unit too much. I just increase the time as of now. I think I will keep going til I reach 30 mins of jelqing and keep the stretching from 10-15 mins, then look into more advanced stuff, perhaps hanging.

Have you used both extender/hanger? Would you mind telling me a little about your experiences with them? If you did, which one did you find most effective and easiest to get a hang of? To me, hanging seems so damn complicated with setting it up and grip etc.

I’ve been hanging for about a month now, starting at a measly 400g. This was due to me only having one suspensory ligament from a sexual injury.
Despite that I have slowly progressed to 4kg at the present.
THE WRAP is a pain in the ass for the first week but you get the hang of it; takes me ~30 seconds to remove and redo it now

Just brought a Penimaster Pro to supplement and heal in an elongated state after hanging
This device is very comfortable and it seems to be the best choice in extenders

My Routine at the present

Hot as I can handle shower, massage base

- 4*20 minutes @ 4kg-2.5kg just SD
Infront of a space heater

- Extender 1-5 hours
Infront of space heater

- Edging, AM
Everynight before bed

Girth work (3 days a week)
- Erect jelqs
- Squeezes
- Bends

I guess all this seems abit excessive
But in my mind if you have positive PI’s you need to deform your member for it to grow

Damn, that is some dedication! But if you use extender for ”healing” purpose in elongated state… Then it does not sound like an extender is a very advanced exercise (like hanging)? Or is that a special type of extender made for just that or you use it less hours than recommended if you’re after gains?

I think I will in the near future invest in a good hanger and perhaps some type of extender as well and mainly go for length gains, then when and If I ever reach my length goals. I will make sure to cement the length and go after girth mainly. I think that would be efficient!

My ultimate goal is a gain of 1.5-2” NBPEL and 0.5-1” MEG. When that is done and cemented I want to just either do a minimalistic routine for penis health and perhaps increase my flaccid hang if needed. Flaccid size for me is kind of important, I have always been a massive grower and I would really love to become more of a shower and get a nice hang going. Have you noticed any flaccid hang improvements with hanging/extending?

I would put my enphasis on the “manual stretches” at least that is what worked for me in my first and only try. I did wet jelqs at 60% erection and manual stretches *standard and behide the cheeks” for 45 days and gainned 0,5cm(0,2’) NBPEL and 0,3cm(0,11’) EG.

I had to stop because of the winter season here where I live but in september I will be back and hope to keep reading about your progress. Much luck and strenght.

You guys think it is a good idea to add in some BTC stretching? Like one 30 second hold of that on top of my 10 min standard manual stretches and eventually work up to 5-10 x 30 sec BTC holds?

I am just trying to figure out how much and how far to go before looking into hanging or some more advanced shit!

An extender can be used at a light tension or moderate tension, it is not an advanced technique and can be thought of as just holding manual stretches for a prolonged period at a CONSISTENT tension.
If you are looking into extenders I recommend the penimaster pro as it is so comfortable. Could not go back to compression style

I have noticed massive flaccid hang improvements, my flaccid is 70% of my erect and stays that way throughout the day after, it is a nice feeling to hold it when I pee and such.
It is good practice to do some quick manuals everytime you pee aswell, keeping the microtears coming

Oh ok! Can you wear extenders under your clothes and go on about your day as usual or will you get a massive bulge or will it feel weird?
