My Journey Begins with Linear Newbie Routine
This is my very first post. I’ve been lurking around for about a month and I’ve decided to start a thread to document my PE Journey.
First I will tell you how I found this forum. About a month ago, I decided I would give PE another try. I don’t know how this came to my head exactly, but I took out my phone one night and just decided to search for “how to jelq”. I knew what jelqs were because about 10 years ago, I had signed up for a website (I can’t recall the name, but it may have been PenisHealth). I didn’t really follow through with the program for whatever reasons I can’t really remember. My search for jelqs led me to other forums, and I stumbled on a product called bathmate. I was intrigued, by it and its promise to be safe and better alternative to jelqing. So after a few days of researching and procrastinating I decided I would buy the product. I put it off for the next day, and on that same night I did a final search and I stumbled on ThundersPlace.
To make this long story shorter, I read some posts and came to the conclusion and realization that I was getting ahead of myself and looking for the easy and quick way. I found the Newbie Linear Routine and as of 2 weeks ago, I have started the plan.
Here are the stats I started out with:
EG (at the base) 4.25”
EG (near the head) 4.00”
My goal is BPEL 6” and EG 5.5”
I started my routine on 4/15/2016. I do a 5 minute warm wrap, 50 wet jelqs and a warm/hot shower. I use lotion as lube. I started at 50 as opposed to 20, because I read that in a more recent post from a moderator (I can’t remember who). I’m on a 1 On 1 Off schedule. I add 10 reps after the 3rd On day. So as of today, 05/01/2016, I’m at 70 jelqs. I will add 1 stretch at 80 jelqs.
I haven’t measured since the initial measurement, but my dick does feel thicker and heavier when I masturbate.
I can’t promise that I will post daily, but I will definitely update every time I make a measurement.
Now to a few questions:
1. What is the maximum amount jelqs I should keep advancing to? I add 10 every 3 on days, but when should I stop adding 10? Am I adding reps too soon?
2. Same question about stretching? How often should I add? Is there a max amount?
3. How long should I do this program? Is there a point in time, where I should take a break longer than a day?
