My improved Routine

Hi guys!

Just an update..

I have changed my routine since my last post, I am doing something much healthier, safer and enjoyable.

MORNING (6AM)
3min -warm up
10min -Pumping (low pressure)
10min -Wet jelqing
5min - Kegel
2min - warm down

EVENING(10PM)
3min - warm up
15min - Hanging (3sets)
10min - Dry Jelqing
2min - kegel

(6 days on 1 day off)

DIET

BREAKFAST MID-MORNI LUNCH MID-AFTER DINNER B4 BED
Cereal apple tuna sandwich whey protein veg soup whey protein
Salad fruit orange vegetable banana brown bread
Whey protein chicken breast

(I drink 8 glasses of water daily)



Plus.I am working out in gym just like my urologist recommended “blood pump exercises” which consist in:
Weight lifting 30 - 45 min, light weights 8x8 exercises (4 exercises and 8 reps each) and 20 min fast run in the treadmill (4 days on and 3 off)

Report:
It’s been 7 days and I am feeling so good, my flaccid state looks bit bigger, sleep improve a lot and morning erection wake me up and afternoon and mid afternoon erection is back; my testosterone level raised to 20% in just seven days. I will not change my routine anymore this is just working great..

Your overall health routine seems great. I can’t comment much on the PE routine cause I am still using the newbie routine but I would like to commend you on your dedication to fitness and diet. Pretty soon you’ll be a really fit stud with a huge cock!

Fitness + PE = MR confident

When you combine a good PE routine + good diet + fitness program, the change to fail are almost NIL
By the way I forgot to say that I am also taken “Zinc+cartinine+arginine” b4 for bed i am shooting like a porn star forget about expensive semen pills. DIY do it yourself

For your weight lifting try 6 meals a day. Adding just 1 more will make a huge difference. Try a protein shake. I find it hard to eat solid food more than 3 times a day, so I do 3 shakes a day and 3 meals a day @ around 3500-4000 calories a day. I work at a gym and picked this up from the trainers.

Let me warn you, though: On your PE - If you’re just starting out, you may want to have more rest days. Your dick is gonna be cool for a while, but one day you’ll burn it out and it will scare the shit out of you when you can’t get hard when it’s time to. I’m not a pro, but I recently experienced just that. It’s not a fun feeling. Scared the shit out of me. Then again, it doesn’t seem like you’re going as hard as I was, so that’s good.

This is actually my new routine I finished newbie recently, I’m moving into more advanced routine I will steak with this one for at least 6 months, I will keep updating every two months
