My improved Routine
Just an update..
I have changed my routine since my last post, I am doing something much healthier, safer and enjoyable.
3min -warm up
10min -Pumping (low pressure)
10min -Wet jelqing
5min - Kegel
2min - warm down
3min - warm up
15min - Hanging (3sets)
10min - Dry Jelqing
2min - kegel
(6 days on 1 day off)
BREAKFAST MID-MORNI LUNCH MID-AFTER DINNER B4 BED
Cereal apple tuna sandwich whey protein veg soup whey protein
Salad fruit orange vegetable banana brown bread
Whey protein chicken breast
(I drink 8 glasses of water daily)
Plus.I am working out in gym just like my urologist recommended “blood pump exercises” which consist in:
Weight lifting 30 - 45 min, light weights 8x8 exercises (4 exercises and 8 reps each) and 20 min fast run in the treadmill (4 days on and 3 off)
It’s been 7 days and I am feeling so good, my flaccid state looks bit bigger, sleep improve a lot and morning erection wake me up and afternoon and mid afternoon erection is back; my testosterone level raised to 20% in just seven days. I will not change my routine anymore this is just working great..
Any suggestions, tips and critics still a plus.lol
