My idea of short PE sessions

Hey guys I was hoping to get an opinion on this

I’m sure some of you might be like me and not have enough patience /time to do PE for even a half hour. So I had an idea.

What if I were to brake my PE session to a few broken sessions a day. For my routine I was thinking 40-50+ jelqs a session. Do that at least twice a day With moderate stretching to boot. Do dome Ulis for the head and piss pulls every time I go. And throw in some edging while I’m at it.

I don’t know if this would be productive and I see it as a newbie approach for sure. Anyone else ever try something similar? Would this be useful for a newb ?


There is a theory about doing some form of stretching every 6-8 hrs.

I agree. I think bennett8 might be the poster child of “when you can” sessions. I do most of my PE in the morning, but add piss pulls and evening stretches when I can. I think it helps but have never done a scientific study on it.

I’ve been doing PE for about 3 weeks on and off. Still trying to get some momentum on my workouts. But I’ve been doing this lately and hope it’s the workout for me.

Ill keep up with some updates to see how my routine works. The only PI I have so far is an over all better flaccid hang. But I’ve been on and off and still miss my kegels ahh .
