My hands are hurting :S
I’ve been surfing on this site for about 1 year now, just looking for the best PE exercises. So far I have been doing jelqing and stretching only (not on a real active basis tho)
First I didn’t had any problems jelqying, but now after a couple of months of ‘inactive jelqing’ I found out that my hands, especially the joints of my hands, hurt after the first 50ish jelqs.
I happen to know that I got really loose joints on some places, therefore I can do a couple of things that normal people wouldn’t be able to do because I got some loose joints.
I also snap my joints sometimes, so that you hear this really loud noise. I’m kinda addicted to it, and some people say it’s bad and some people say it’s no big deal (this go for research done to).
So I was just wondering if somebody gets pain in his hand to from jelqing?
And does anyone know what I can do against it?
I know I should probably stop snapping them joints but it’s so damn addictive.. :(
