My Goal is...
OK! Starting this Sunday I’m taking PE a little bit more seriously, you know how serious? Well so serious that I’ve set a goal for myself. I don’t want to be super duper humongous big, I just want to be 7.5 inches. Right now, I’m 5.5 inches bone pressed. So I’ve finally set my goal, and that’s what I want no ifs ands or buts about it! lol Here’s my routine…starting on Sunday that is:
5-10 Min. Warm Up
10 Min. Manual Stretches, and adding a little more V-Stretches in.
50-100 Dry Jelqs
200-400 Wet Jelqs
5 Min. Manual Stretch
5-10 Min. Warm Down or whatever it’s called.
2 on/ 1 off
Occasionally doing 3 days on/2 off
I’m hoping to be 6 inches by November or December! ^_^ Do you think it’s possible within 4 months?
